The room was nice and clean. The bedroom floor, which is carpet, stayed wet and continued to travel farther into the room (no one ever walked on the carpet wet, so it was like there was a leak). The tub would not drain, so as we were showering, we had to stand in the backed up water. We contacted the owner, the first full day to let them know and they told us someone would be out to look at/fix it. No one ever showed up/fixed it.

The leak is being handled, but we could not get anyone out during your short stay. Most places book up quickly, especially during the summer months. It was not a torential flood, but a small leak. The tub is also being handled, but again, you were there for a very short stay, so sheduling maintenance takes a few days.

Great stay

Great place for our family of 3! Enjoyed not being so high up, used beach service everyday to void packing so much! Loved our stay!

Perfect stay

This is our second time staying at this resort, first time in this particular condo. Everything was perfect, and it was probably one of cleanest condos we've ever rented. Everything was 100%, we will definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautiful view

The view was absolutely beautiful! The layout was perfect. We all had a great time at the beach & pool. Loved everything and hope to come back next year!

Great Beach Getaway!

This property is exactly what we needed for a quick trip. The space was very comfortable for my family of four. It is nicely decorated and stocked. Communication was quick and friendly.

Very nice condo..

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed in PCB. We were not able to change the channel on the living room TV and the slider to the balcony was very hard to open other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. Very impressed with the elevators for such a big resort.

1990’s decor

Kitchen is nice and updated check in and parking are terrible ALL bedding and furniture need to thrown out and updated!!!!

It is exactly like the pictures and description, so Im not sure what youre going on about. You trashed my condo in the 3 nights you were there. You had more people in there than you were supposed to. You smoked cigarettes and weed in my condo. You took down the smoke detectors. You never once took out trash tbe entire time you stayed. You literally dropped trash where you stood and left it and the can and fridge were never cleaned or taken out. You allowed a child to PAINT one of my kitchen bowls. Youre just upset that you didnt get your damage deposit back. Please feel free NOT to come back. I have many pictures of how you ledt my condo for the record.

In town for baseball tournament

Jody was a fantastic owner. Answered my questions promptly, and gave us everything we needed for check in and check out. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us. When we weren't sitting on the beach, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching and listening to the waves.

Perfect!!

Awesome location and perfect view! Had plenty of room for our family. Kitchen has exactalty what we needed to fix small meals and snacks. We will be back. Very responsive to all my questions.

Great place

This day was absolutely amazing. Everything that's pictured on the site is what you see is what you get. I hope to be staying there again sometime. The whole place was just fantastic great location great access to the beach the patio setting on the beach I fell asleep on the patio twice on the 6th floor because it was so relaxing. It's a great place to do a recharge from work and that's exactly what I did. Can't say enough great things about the place.
