This was our first stay in Panama City Beach as we are normally Orange Beach/Perdido visitors. Cynthia is a perfect host, was absolutely amazing, and responded immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. The condo was clean and had a very home-away-from-home feel to it. The elevator situation is a little tricky at first, but once you get used to it, it’s not so bad. We would definitely book with Cynthia again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach. Everything we needed was at the condo. The beach chairs and umbrella was a plus! Cynthia was great to work with. She was very communicative and responsive throughout the whole process. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

5 stars is an understatement for the facilities, the property, location and host. Constant communication from Cynthia from the moment we booked. The resort was staffed, clean and well maintained. The access to the beach made us never want to leave. But more importantly, the condo itself was comfortable and a home away from home. We will be reaching out to Cynthia again in the future for vacations!

This place is everything you see and more!! Cynthia is an exceptional host, responding immediately! The view was beautiful!! It was very clean. The trundle bed was so comfortable! I would rate it a 10/10 if I could. I would definitely go back!! Thank you, Cynthia!

Cynthia was wonderful with communication. The property was as described, very clean, with great amenities. The only disappointment was that the arcade at the resort is no longer there. Unsure if that was a temporary change or permanent. I'd definitely recommend any of Cynthia's properties to anyone. Very well managed and cared for!

I traveled last minute to this location with my 4 children. The host was very nice and friendly. The room was exactly like the pictures! The view of the ocean was absolutely amazing! Everything was very clean and up to date! The host communicated with me throughout the entire trip. She provided very useful information daily! The check in and check out process was very easy! This is the perfect location. Seconds away from the beach and the best pizza spot in PCB (Zollo’s Pizza) was right across the street…

We had a great vacation

The location was perfect and everything in the condo was on point. Check in and parking and checking out was a breeze. We plan to stay here again.

Quick Anniversary Trip

Our stay was amazing and having the ocean view was the best part. Every morning and evening we sat on the balcony to soak it all in. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The size is tight for a family of 6 but we made it work! We would stay again in the future.

Excellent resort with an exceptional host. Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. A kind gesture such as phone call from your host checking in before your stay is a rarity and it was much appreciated.The condo was clean and well stocked. Excellent stay

This condo was absolutely beautiful, with great location and was everything and more we could have asked for. Property manager was very helpful with food recommendations, and she was great with communication from the start of the finish through our last day. Would definitely recommend this property.
