We really enjoyed our experience here and wish it was for longer. Good and easy checking process with someone greeting you, in our case Sebastian. Fresh flowers in a vase is a nice touch. We love the Grand Venetian for its safety, location, cleanliness, up keep and the staff. Thank you for a great condo that is well maintained.

Perfect stay in a great place

I'd like to point out the flaws in this place, except, there aren't any! All is well maintained, clean and lovely, great view and great space, highly recommend?

Beautiful home

My family and I had an amazing time! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Great location with beautiful sunset views! Can’t wait to come back, thank you Paul and Lilly.

A perfect place for a family. Stunning sunsets!

This is a gated community that provides a sense of safety from PVs hussle. Great pools and jacuzzies, nice restaurant and direct access to a gorgeous beach. The apartment has everything you might want.

Perfect PV stay

Condo was spacious and clean with beautiful views. It was in the perfect location walking distance to everything. Also nice to have access to both pool and beach. We loved it. Highly recommend for a family that would like space from each other when on vacation.

Wonderful place to stay.

The ocean view was perfect. We had all the amenities we needed and then some. Not far from the Vallarta Adventures, which we went to. Very clean. If we come back, we will be staying there. Thank you.

Excellent Condo in PV

Great Condo. Lots of room for everybody. The view of the water and beach is great. The Grand Venetian property is really nice and features several pools. The grounds are very secure but still provides easy access to the beach etc.

Amazing view and great location

We were a group of 6 ladies in our 60’s and 70’s staying here. The location was perfect to catch a bus or taxi into town. The property was close to many restaurants, turtle release habitat, and grocery stores. The many pools at the property were beautiful and the perfect temperature.

Summer Vacation

As usual, our stay at this condo was fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . Everything is within walking distance. We will most definitely be back!

Spring Break

It was a great trip during spring break. We were not bothered by craziness of teens like in the states. Amenities within walking distance was fabulous. Service at all places including the pool was above the best . Would most definitely recommend this trip to anyone.

Vacation at Grand venetian

Stayed at Grand Venetian at this property for 6 weeks from Nov 1 - Dec 10. Loved this unit. Owner was amazing at communicating and property manager was quick to respond to any issues. Would definitely recommend this place to any one. Grand Venetian is such a lovely place to stay. Great pools with amazing views.

Fabulous stay!

My family has stayed at the Gran Venetian on a number of occasions. Our stay at Paul’s lovely condo has been our favourite. Lily, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and replied to our inquiries promptly. The unit very was very well appointed from the well equipped kitchen, plentiful linens, pool /sand toys for the little ones and a beautiful bouquet of flowers to welcome us! We look forward to staying there again soon.

Fantastic Condo in the most central portion of PV

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay in a spacious, well appointed Condo with a spectacular view of the ocean, the Malecon and even spotted a Whale! The location allowed for an easy walk to Walmart, Shopping Centers, Grocery Stores and great restaurants.Thank you to our Host, Paul Simon, for the warm welcome and all of the excellent recommendations for the restaurants and sights in PV.Our family would love to experience this condo again in the future.

Great place to stay in PV!

This is a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! The condominium was fully furnished and exactly as listed! We loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths for our family of 5! The grounds were immaculate and it is next door to the Isla shopping mall. The only bummer was the main pool was closed for renovations but all others pools were available to use! Just an FYI- it is about a 10-15 minute uber in to downtown PV. Enjoy your stay!!

Puerto Vallarta Perfection

Just returning from a wonderful week of vacation at this amazing property. The condo is beautifully decorated, very spacious and has a spectacular view of the pool area, beach and ocean. We loved how centrally located it was, too.It was just a short taxi/uber ride to the marina and the zona romántica. We enjoyed walking around the shops at La Isla Mall located next door. The booking of the property was smooth and the communication with Paul (owner) and Lilly (property manager) was top notch! All in all it was a perfect stay and hope to return some day.Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location was very good. The swimming pools were fantastic. Some were heated and some not. Very nice restaurant on the property. People were very friendly. The condo with a bathroom for every bedroom was very nice. We were on the 10th floor which was very nice. Never used air as we had a nice breeze going thru. The decor and set up was very nice. All in all We really enjoyed the condo.

Very Comfortable

This place was amazing great view ice cold a/c and very Spacious. It was nine of us and we all fit perfectly. We had some hiccups at the beginning and that had me worried at first but it was resolved. Lilly and her husban were very on point with making everything as easy as possible. I would Definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! Wonderful vacation in PV!

We were thrilled to spend a week in this beautiful, clean and well-appointed Condo. The grounds, pools and beach views were spectacular! The on-site pool bar and grill was so convenient, affordable and the food was very tasty. Two thumbs up to Ernesto and Cesar our poolside waiters who we kept very busy with our group of 8! The property owner Paul was great to deal with during the booking process and quick to respond to my questions. Lily the property manager was right there to greet us and show us around the place when we arrived. She also helped us book a very fun boat trip for our group and recommended a fabulous seafood restaurant for us. I highly recommend the Grand Venetian property. Great location with all the conveniences nearby like Costco, Super Walmart and a fabulous mall right at the gate entrance. We’ve rented many beach condos over the years and Paul’s place is definitely one of the best!

Amazing views, beautiful home!

The views from this property are stunning! The home is comfortable, spacious and beautiful. From the master bed you can open your eyes and whale watch in the mornings! Three bathrooms and three bedrooms make it comfortable for all guests. (We pushed together the two single to make a second ‘king’). Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups, spices, etc for cooking. Laundry set up works great! Bath and beach towels provided. Even pool floaties and a cooler! Quick access to and great view of the pools. Excellent food and drinks at the pool restaurant/bar. (Service isn’t super fast, but friendly staff.) You can also bring your own drinks to the pool, so it’s nice to have both options! A nice beach area out front as well. Close walk to the mall and some yummy restaurants. Lilly, the condo manager, is fantastic to communicate with and just a great lady! She has a team of people who help with anything you may need. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Paul & Lily!

Neil…glad you enjoyed our condo but was surprised by your comments…there is a toilet paper holder next to every toilet in the condo and each bathroom has a towel rack…I don’t know how you missed these items. If you want, I can send you pictures.
