Brand new award winning luxurious oceanfront development. World renowned designer Phillipe Starck teamed with Archictonica and high end developer Related Group brings a property beyond words. Featured in April 2010 Architectural Digest. 500 ft infinity pool, private spa, fitness centre, on-site dining, hot tubs, sauna, beach bar, business centre, movie theatre.

Our 3 bed, 3 bath - (2 bedrooms plus a den converted into a bedroom with a luxurious queen bed, 35' flat-screen TV, storage and beautiful wood and onyx doors), totals 1903 sq.ft. and is located on the 8th floor in Tower 2. Both large bedrooms with luxurious king beds have ensuite bathrooms, one with a bathtub.

Included are high end furnishings, original artwork by Toller Cranston, Mario Perlet, Manual Lepe and Abelardo Favela, a Bustamante sculpture, private elevator that opens to the suite, floor to ceiling windows, recessed lighting, a 45" 3D TV in the master bedroom and 45" Curved TV in living room., wireless internet, Bose stereo system.

Private beach, poolside and beachside service. Lobbies offer fantastic space created and furnished by Yoo by Starck. Grocery store conveniently located within one block.

Exceeds Expectations

This is a well appointed unit with incredible views. Our group of four enjoyed using the kitchen to whip up breakfasts and a few fish dinners ( caught by our expert anglers) and loved lounging on both decks -- depending on the sun exposure. This was our second visit to this unit and 50th trip to Puerto Vallarta . Love the artwork and paint colors.

Living in a bit of paradise

We chose this property for several reasons. One it was like staying in an art gallery surrounded by exquisite pieces covering every wall. Two, it was ocean front and had extremely comfortable furniture. So many rentals have furniture you can’t stand to sit on for more than a few minutes. I loved going out on the balcony to listen to the waves and watch the little boats coming and going. This unit is extraordinarily large. While it was more than we needed, it was wonderful. It was quiet when we rented in May so we had no trouble with noise, loungers, etc. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. After a tough year health wise, it was a bit of heaven

Well kept property on the beach. Gorgeous ocean views from the spacious condo. Nice restaurant on the ground floor and bar on the beach. We have stayed at the Icon several times before and we will be back!

Wow! What an amazing place!

This place was all that we hoped for and more. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. During our walks on the beach we didn't see a single property that looked more appealing than the Icon Vallarta. I'm sure that there are new properties much farther north or south, but not in such a convenient location.

Christmas in PV at the ICON

Stayed at the ICON several times but never at Christmas/NY and likely would not pick that time again. The development was beyond max capacity with a serious shortage of beach chairs and space leading to many uncomfortable skirmishes between security and patrons. We had six adults at this unit and while it has a gorgeous view and very comfortable bedding the third bedroom has no storage and is very tight for adults.

A gem of a condo in the beautiful Icon property.

Here are some of the things we enjoyed about staying in Gail's condo and at the Icon. On our arrival the Property Manager met us, took us up to the unit and showed us around and explained different things to us. Leo was also available to assist us with a couple of other questions we had during our stay. The condo was very tastefully decorated, from the colour scheme used throughout to all the beautiful art work. The view from the balcony was outstanding and we especially enjoyed the lights from PV at night as well as the fireworks! Gail's condo has a well stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in, plenty of towels and very comfy beds. The bottle water service was a nice touch as it was inexpensive and delivered to the condo. The concierges and beach bar staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gail was most accommodating, promptly replying to any emails we sent and went over and above to ensure us and our family had tickets for the New Year's Eve party. We would definitely recommend this condo unit to our family and friends!

Paradise

Pictures do not do this place justice. Condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable with every necessity you could need. Pool was perfect along with beach bar with reasonable prices and great service. You can walk for miles on the beach. The best part was the view! Morning coffees and evening cocktails, fireworks over the ocean. Grocery store is a 3 min walk. Central location and so easy to order pizza right to the room! We are already plannning our trip back. Don’t hesistate book today :)

truly awesome vacation

The unit is spectacula, and breath-taking, the scenery is so beautiful. You need to see it with your own eyes. At night the view is enchanting. My guests loved walking on the beach every morning barefooted, no shells or rocks. The pools, jacuzzi, sauna and the gym were very accessible. Everyone was so friendly. The beach bar had very cold beer and the waiters were friendly, almost like family. And the food was awesome at the beach bar and the restaurant. The concierge(s) were most helpful and so cordial. This is one of our most awesome vacations. Gail was so accommodating with my transaction for this unit. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Stunning views

We had the best stay in this beautifully decorated condo.. Gail took extra care in choosing everything in the Condo to make her guests stay as comfortable as possible. At the end of the day you can be sure to get a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. Sorianas grocery store is a very short walk from the condo.. there you will find everything you need to make your stay even more pleasant. The wait staff at the beach bar and restaurant are very attentive, the food is delicious and well priced. We made a great friend in Jose Luis.. be sure to look him up he will make sure all your needs are met whether you are sipping drinks by the pool or grabbing a bite at the beach bar. The pools are very impressive, quiet and tranquil. We will definitely be back for another great stay at this condo.

Puerto Vallarta Nirvana

From the airport I knew this would be a good experience. The property manager Leo picked us up for a nominal fee which was well worth it to avoid the time share pitches and the hassle of finding a cab. It was great to have a friendly face greet you after a long journey. Upon arrival to the condo we were blown away by the view as well as the beautiful condo. Everything you need is in this well appointed and very tastefully decorated unit. In short order we were in the 500ft long pool and were 3 of about 5 people swimming. Unlike a resort where you need to reserve pool chairs early in the morning we had 3 chairs apiece to spread out. The beach bar and restaurant has great food and the prices are very reasonable. The location is perfect with a restaurant "mall" by the Peninsula Condos about .5 miles offering a Steak house, Italian, Mexican, Starbucks etc.. Also the condo has a full size grocery store a block away. The staff was exceptional with any request we had and seemed genuinely happy to help you. Gail (the owner)is quick to respond to any questions or concerns which has made this a hassle free booking. Cabs are easy and cheap anywhere you want to go. We took and cab 30 miles and it was $15. I highly recommend a place in the hills above downtown for dinner that has a great view and food (lobster tails) called El Palomar de Gonzalez. I can't wait to come back for another visit!

No hassle PV holiday

Your apartment condo was wonderful. Large and expansive with great views. No issues whatsoever. Pictures and description totally realistic and accurate. Your personal touches and art work were an added bonus, and show that you really care as a landlord. Excellent value for the money. We look forward to staying again, and would recommend to friends looking for a sunny no hassle locale. Our family of four with two teenage girls had a great time and found plenty of self administered beach and town activities to occupy our week.

5 Star Puerto Vallarta!

Our family had the best time imaginable. The condo was even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the magnificent artwork and decor. The staff members at ICON were helpful and courteous. The owners recommendation for dining and entertainment were perfect. Swimming with the dolphins in the wild was a highlight of the trip for the entire family. We definitely would recommend this location and plan to return in the future. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

Like, Like, Like!!!

We stayed in this amazing apartment for 2 weeks. It is a amazing apartment with all the luxery you can imagine. Great view from the balcony, you could even see the Dolphins in the ocean. The service and the location are 5*. I can not say anything negative about the location, the apartment, service, the owner or the manager. Everything is arranged perfectly to have a great holiday at the best place in Mexico, Puerto Vallarta!!

Outstanding

This property checks all the boxes. The view of Banderas Bay from the front balcony is forever, the sunsets spectacular. The back balcony is a great escape for shaded afternoon naps if so inclined. The front to back design of the condo allows the wind to move freely and cool the entire condo. Never used the A/C. Amenities are excellent and well maintained. The exercise facility is well equipped, has a terrific view, and is kept cool for those that sweat heavily, thank you. The pool and beach area are as nice as their photos. The pool is kept warm which my wife likes. The condo is exactly what you expect from this facility. Bedding is great, the kitchen is complete, and the seating is comfortable. The location is ideal...only a short cab ride to the Malecon, Los Muertos, and the city center...think restaurants and shops. This is a first class experience in a charming city full of surprises.

Magnificent property

Beautiful ocean and mountain views from the living area, marina and mountain views from the rear balcony. It's every bit as beautiful as the attached pictures. The Icon is the nicest property in Puerto Vallarta and Gail's unit is spectacular. The colors, furniture, lighting and especially the art are not typically available in rental properties. The pool area and beach area are extremely well maintained, very clean with constant supervision. The beach area is roped off so vendors are restrained from bothering guests unless they are summoned. The bar and snack shack has very good food at very reasonable prices. The unit has wonderful, comfortable beds, nice baths, a full kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal, ceiling fans, tv, dvds, Bose sound system and wifi. We found the concierge at our building to be very helpful with travel and restaurant recommendations. There are many, many great restaurants in PV. There is a supermarket just outside the property that we used very often for breakfast and lunch supplies along with terrific guacamole and beverage supplies. Gail is a joy to deal with and very prompt. We've had considerable opportunity to travel worldwide and many places in Mexico and this is by far our favorite for so many reasons. We'll be back for two weeks every year.

Ocean, views, beach, comfort, pool, food, drinks and there is more!

Dear Gail, Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful Puerto Vallarta condo with us. We had the best vacation ever!! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It is beautifully decorated and we love the location. The unit is well stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal or to simply relax. It's clean and very comfortable. The open air living was the best! - The sliders to the terrace open completely so you feel the breeze and hear the waves crashing on the shore. The view from the terrace is fantastic! The two master bedrooms are at the back of the unit and they too have the open sliders with wonderful views of the mountains, and marina. My favorite thing about having them open was the smell and sounds of Mexico in the morning. I love the smell of breakfasts cooking, the flowers, the sounds of the birds, people sweeping, and children on their way to school. I feel like Mexico is my home in those moments. We appreciated the Icon property for its quiet beauty, lovely art, comfortable outdoor seating/lounging, and the wonderful scenic views. The pools are incredible and it was delightful to be able to walk for miles on an un-obstructed beach with gorgeous views. The beach is lovely, not crowded and the waves were spectacular. We made fast friends with Benjamin, a beach vendor who sold beautiful blankets. We used the services of the beach bar several times and the food was incredible! We spent a good part of our trip exploring all of Puerto Vallarta proper and took trips to our favorite locations: Bucerias and to Boca de Tomatlan and Chico’s Paradise. We very much enjoy visiting neighborhood restaurants and seeing sights that might not be on the list of touristy things to do. We were in a central location at the condo so it was easy to travel either North or South by taxi, bus or van to explore new places. We found several new restaurants that we loved and made new friends everywhere we went. It was such a pleasure meeting you Gail and we all hope to see you again on a return trip to your lovely condo! Luxury home away from home

This was our third vacation in this beautiful condo. The stunning views, great decor and spectacular artwork, keep us coming back. Every morning, we had our coffee on the well furnished deck surrounded by tropical plants. The glass walls open completely making it feel like you are outdoors even when in the kitchen. With both the front and back patio doors open, the flow through breeze negates the necessity of using the air conditioner, which we hate. We have toured through numerous other units and this is one of the best. When you are in the higher floors, you see only the ocean whereas we like to see the trees, people strolling on the beach and swimming in the pool. We love the tropical feel of this unit. The service staff are great especially Antonio at the bar. There are lots of Mexican families and our grand children really enjoyed the opportunity of playing with them. The location in PV is good, with the grocery store just a short walk. We have stayed at a lot of other complexes in the hotel and marina zone and the Icon wins our hearts. We can hardly wait to visit again.

Vacación familiar

Estuvimos la Semana Santa del 2014 una familia de 6 integrantes, con hijos universitarios, en este condominio y nos pareció excelente por su ubicación y por lo agradable y lujoso de sus instalaciones, tanto del departamento en sí mismo como de las áreas comunes, con una vista maravillosa de la Bahía de Banderas y el pueblo de Puerto Vallarta. La cocina equipada y con todo lo necesario, el gimnasio equipado con máquinas profesionales, el servicio de limpieza constante, servicio de bar en la playa a precios muy accesibles, mobiliario de camastros, vigilancia y seguridad las 24 horas, servicio de concierge que te ayudan a hacer reservaciones o planear actividades y paseos. Una gran relación calidad-precio y mucho mejor que un hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

I like Puerto Vallarta because the restaurants are amazing, the people are friendly and happy, the town is very artistic with the Artwalk on Weds nites in high season. It is very safe and not at all like the perception our news brings us of Mexico. Icon is only a 5-10 minute drive from the airport.

I love to workout in the air conditioned fitness center while watching the waves. I almost always know other people at the bar and they are very interesting, intelligent and creative. I fell like i'm in Alice in Wonderland with the unique Phillipe Starck designs.
