Welcome to CasaLina! This is a newly renovated arts and crafts bungalow from the 1920's, centrally located. The location of the house is minutes from south slope brewing district, Biltmore Village, downtown Asheville or the River Arts District. CasaLina is a very comfortable and cozy environment with art work featuring Latin America culture.
CasaLina is a quaint, lovely bungalow, centrally located, just minutes away from the south slope brewing district, Biltmore Village, downtown Asheville or the River Arts District. CasaLina is located in one of the more diverse areas of town. Hamilton is a mixed use street with several medical related businesses and residential housing. It is a quiet street with not much through traffic.
You´ll love CasaLina for its wonderful combination of art, coziness, beautiful details, privacy, internet connectivity and proximity to downtown and to the South slope section of the city populated by local breweries and cool restaurants. The front porch is a must! Seat there and enjoy the space with total privacy.
Guests will enjoy full access of the house. Two Bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and lovely front porch.
The neighborhood is quiet. Hamilton is a mixed use street with several medical related businesses and residential housing. It is a quiet street with not much through traffic.
You can walk to the South Slope or just take and Uber for $4-5 to get to downtown.
