In the foothills of the Taurus Mountains with views of Kalkan and the sea, this villa offers you a family home just a 15-minute car drive from Kalkan that allows you to escape to the countryside. Watch the sunrise and sunset as you sit on the top terrace with birdsong for company and immerse yourself in the calm of nature.

You enter through the door and find one double en-suite bedroom on the right. Going further into the property, you enter into the large open plan lounge, with fireplace and dining/kitchen area. There is also a ground floor toilet.

Going up the marble stairs, at the top on the left is the 2nd double en-suite (with jacuzzi bath) bedroom that has stunning views over the terrace, pool, mountain and sea from the shared open balcony.
The 3rd bedroom is twin bedded en-suite, again with the shared balcony and those amazing views.
Further along you will find the 4th bedroom which the 2nd twin bedded room, en-suite with the shared open balcony.
The fifth bedroom is the 3rd double bedded en-suite room - with bath, and once more that shared open balcony with the amazing views.
Going up one more floor, you come to the laundry room on your left and the door to the top terrace which has table, chairs and sofas along with a cover kösk to relax in. From here you have amazing views across the mountainside, down the valley to the sea and of course of the swimming pool, with jacuzzi at one end and the terrace.

On the ground floor large terrace is a lovely brick built BBQ along with a sink and work top/counter for when you have those BBQs you've been looking forward too.
There is an undercover seating area, perfect for those Al Fresco moments.
Going out of the main gate and walking round to the left is where the games' room is located. This room contains a snooker table, table football game and also a table tennis table. All for your enjoyment and use.

There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.
