A very appealing, comfortable, well-appointed home in a lovely neighborhood.Even the parking spot is in an ideal location for transferring belongings back and forth. An added bonus is the location which is perfect for getting around Eugene, and another one is the easy communication with the very thoughtful host. A 5-star rating.

We really enjyed our stay here! The property is located within walking distance to the University and one of the major parks. Neighborhood is older and established, quiet. We especially enjoyed sitting in the patio enjoying the sunshine. Very easy to communicate with the owner.and the house had all of the basics we needed.

The location is amazing - cute neighborhood very close to UofO, restaurants, etc. House was clean, comfortable and had everything needed. Communication with property owners was also great.

The house is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Kathy, the host, was easy to reach and very helpful. I would stay here again next time we’re in Eugene.

The property was clean and perfect for our needs. The location was convenient and the owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay at the Cozy Orchard House in the future!

Awesome accommodation and location
Terrific space, beautiful outside patio and so close to UofO.
Had a couple of small issues at checkin that were resolved very promptly and to our satisfaction

Perfect location and setting
My wife and I were very happy with this comfortable and very nicely located house doe our annual Duck football game. Would book this location again.

Perfect location!
This is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay, as well as being so close to the University of Oregon and nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our visit and the host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. We would love to return for another visit.

We are UO parents of recent graduate. We know what it is like to visit our daughter and want to have quality family time together just like at home. We would come up thinking we would be eating out, and our daughter just wanted a home-cooked meal.
So, we bought a darling duplex in Eugene so we could have that at home feeling with our daughter and her friends. So, we now want to share our Orchard house as a VRBO so other UO families have that same experience.
We fell in Love with UO and Eugene; we know you will too! There is so much to see and do in Oregon. We also have a larger home that accommodates 2 to 6 guests, down the street.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is located within walking distance of the University and one of the major parks. The neighborhood is older and established, quiet. We especially enjoyed sitting in the patio enjoying the sunshine. Very easy to communicate with the owner.and the house had all of the basics we needed.
Walking distance to the new Hayward Field, UO, walk to Autzen football stadium, Henricks Park for hiking. Many restaurants.
Guest Review:
This property was perfect for our 10-day stay. It has all the amenities you need and is close to everything. The owners have gone out of their way to make sure pets are welcome too. We didn't get to use it because of the cold spell we had during the holidays, but in warmer weather there is a very nice private outdoor area. The covered parking was great for getting from the house and into the car without getting wet.

Saturday Market downtown in the Summer months, farmer's markets, blocks from miles of riverside bike paths, gorgeous hikes and the McKenzie River National Recreation Trail, Skinner Butte Park, Hendrick's Park and only an hour from the gorgeous Oregon Coast. Sailing on Fern Ridge Reservoir, Kayaking or rafting the McKenzie River or exploring one of the many lakes and rivers close by, not to mention fishing! Hult Center for the Performing Arts, Museum of Natural and Cultural History,Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, the Matthew Knight will feed your need for the arts. Eugene has some of the best beer, wine, wineries and whiskey tasting around in the US.
