Luxury Vacation Home in Blue Mountain Village - Rivergrass

3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo Backing onto 18th fairway of Monterra Golf Course. 3 min walk to Village.

Perfect for vacations any time of year! Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, cathedral ceilings, bbq, beds: 2 queens, 2 singles, pullout double sofa. Professionally cleaned before your arrival (including fresh linens & bath towels). Max occupancy is 8 (fire code and BMVA Licencing Requirements - strictly enforced/no exceptions)

We provide all bed linens and towels, 3 cable TVs, DVD player, IPod/iphone docking station, and free WIFI. Private balcony with BBQ off the great room which overlooks the 18th fairway of the Monterra golf course. Swimming pool available (seasonal - open May Long weekend - closes end of September - shared with our development), hot tub & change house (open all year - shared with our development - Presently closed due to covid protocols). Private front porch with mountain/ski hill and Village view.

Complimentary use of owner's private ground floor storage closet - perfect for your skis/bikes/golf clubs/etc.

Excellent location as you are staying in Rivergrass which is a 3 minute walk of the Blue Mountain Village and the ski hills. Free parking and optional complimentary shuttle bus service at front door to the Blue Mountain Village. Our unit is a end unit located over the 2nd and 3rd floor

Perfect location

My wife, along with our son and his wife and our three grandchildren (7) chose Adam’s vacation home for our annual ski trip. This was the ideal location if we had snow- which was no fault of our host. We did some skiing in the morning and found things to do in the afternoon. There was so much to do and see in the village. The house was great and accommodate us with no problem. I will definitely keep this place for our annual ski trip. Thank you Adam for such a beautiful home

Weekend ski trip!

Spacious comfortable clean condo walk to Blue Mountain Village and ski lifts! Use of the hot tub was much appreciated by the skiers in our group after a day on the slopes!

Great Family Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unit was very very clean and supplied all amenities of home. Our family hasn’t had a vacation together since 2019 so no one wanted to leave on check out day! Would definitely go back! Thanks Adam & Katrina

Great, comfortable home

Perfect place for a small group! Clean and comfortable. Blankets everywhere are a nice touch. Plus, it's close to Blue Mountain Village, too! Our only mistake was that none of us brought shower toiletries thinking they'd be provided, so bring those for your trip!

Amazing location

Great location waking distance - 5 min - to village. Great to have community hot tub so close to unit. Very clean and exactly as listed. Interaction with owners very easy. Really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We loved the location. Multiple floors helped put the kids to bed while making it possible for adults to enjoy the evening. Nice, thick, clean carpets made it family friendly and comfy too. 5 stars!

This 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. Our only suggestion would be the main bedroom upgrade to a king size bed, as the queen was too small and not comfortable enough for us to share, with one of us going to the couch in the main room on most nights. Otherwise, we loved the rivergrass pool and despite COVID protocols we were able to book a time every day to enjoy it. Only a 5 minute drive away from the Blue Mountain Scenic Caves which were our favourite activity and an easy short walk to Blue Mountain Village.

Amazing Stay! Great Location!

We had such a great time here, the location was perfect. Within walking distance to the village. Communication was great, no issues at all! Will definitely be re-booking in the future.

Perfect summer spot

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful condo & proximity to Blue Mountain Village. Accommodations were large enough for us to be together or apart which was good for our family of 4 with both kids over 19. Pool looked small when we arrived but was never too busy during the week. Owner was also very friendly & responsive. We’ll definitely go back.

Accommodations are awesome, clean and the necessities available to help make out stay stress free.

Having the locker and shuttle made it pretty easy to get anywhere anytime, skiing, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay absolutely, though we were not in the village proper.

Fanastic Location! Great Space!

Our family had a great trip! This home is in a great spot to visit Blue Mountain Village. Just a short walk and you are there. We also really enjoyed the pool. We found everything we needed. The unit was very comfortable, plenty of space to enjoy.

Cozy, Luxurious Mini New Years Vacation

To all those interested in staying at Adam & Katrina's vacation home in the Blue Mountain Village: GO FOR IT! My 2 night stay was such a pleasant experience. My group and I received a very warm welcome upon arrival, as we found a letter from the owners and a bottle of white wine in the living room. Thank you for that by the way. Anyways, we had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to toilet paper to bathroom towels to clean bed sheets. Not to mention, we had an incredible view of the mountain from the bedrooms. It was the perfect winter getaway! Furthermore, the owners were very prompt with their replies. Highly recommended. 5 stars.

condo was perfect for 2 kids 4 adults. Beautiful spot. Noisey group gathered of 150+ people.

Condo and it’s amenities were absolutely wonderful. Great location only minutes from the village center. Hosts were prompt in their responses and condo was well-maintained. We were disappointed that on the Saturday afternoon A large group gathered just below our unit for a bbq. there was over 150 people. We reported it to condo owners who apologized but there was no follow up from them or the BlueMountain security. Our baby was woken up during her nap and the smell of bbq smoke was is in the unit. We even called Bluemoutain security again on the Sunday morning when A smaller group of people from the same organization gathered again, we got the answering machine and left a message with no response. There was no compensation given.
