Upon exiting the elevator, on the first floor to the left, you will find the interior apartment. This interior patio also provides natural light to the master bedroom and ventilation to the bathroom, a great advantage as it brings constant freshness to the entire space.
As you enter the apartment and turn right, you will find the master bedroom equipped with a king-size bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m, a spacious built-in wardrobe, perfect for longer stays in the city, and a comfortable armchair.
On the left-hand side, you will find the complete bathroom equipped with a shower, glass enclosure, and exterior ventilation to the interior patio, as mentioned earlier. Continuing on, you will find a modern open kitchen that seamlessly connects with the living room, equipped with everything you need to make your accommodation experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The living room features a window overlooking the central courtyard, creating a bright and cozy atmosphere. The carefully selected furniture is designed with the utmost attention to detail, expressly chosen to make your accommodation experience unforgettable. You will find a dining table for four, a sofa bed measuring 1.50 x 2m, two coffee tables, an armchair, and a Smart TV where you can enjoy your favorite series.
As you ascend in the elevator to the fourth floor, our communal terrace awaits you, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Cadiz Cathedral. This terrace, equipped with a seating area consisting of four chairs and a table, five sun loungers, and a shower area, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Cadiz sun. Additionally, we provide a complimentary laundry room for our guests, adding a practical touch to this luxurious accommodation experience.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
