Expected to have a clean penthouse

The location of the hotel is really good . The view was nice. Property owner responded to the issues and I would say did her best. They really need to have good cleaning service . People who book a penthouse and pay the price expect to get a nice clean room. The bed and towels where not clean. I am giving 3 star cause the owner responded and did her best to fix the issues. When you check in after a flight and you tired you wanna lay down for couple hours and you can’t cause the bed is not clean it feels terrible.

Minnesota couple

We are already planning on staying again next year. Everything was as good or better than expected. Neighborhood is way above my class so I certainly did not feel unsafe in my little Toyota Highlander. View was beautiful being able to see the coast and a little of the intercoastal. Ana is great and with her help we even extended our stay with her in the last couple days before arriving.

Sunny Isles Beach Hotel

Ana was very gracious and responsive. My three grown children and myself Loved staying at the hotel right on the Beach with all the amenities (to include restaurant /gym/pool)and especially enjoyed the north balcony with a great ocean view.

Ana was a joy to work with and so accommodating The beach and resort were glorious The area overall was busier than we enjoy but we had a wonderful time!

Our place is located on the 26th floor, at the beach in Sunny Isles, close to Aventura Mall, walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.

Amazing view from the inside to the beach and the ocean. Full kitchen, Washer + Dryer. Enjoy the amenities of the hotel (Gym, swimming pool at the beach, restaurant), and get around on foot or by car.

It"s an incredible Penthouse on the 26th floor, Looking at the right, there is an amazing view of the beach and on the left you will see the bay and Sunny Isles. It is just renewed, new paint, new carpet, new king mattress.
It's provided with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, washing and drying machine, iron, safe box, pull out sofa and an optional and free crib.
