Situated in Violi Charaki, on the outskirts of Rethymno city, Aerial Villa boasts an elevated location, treating guests to awe-inspiring vistas of the sea and the cityscape. Its strategic position in the heart of Crete makes it an ideal base for exploring the island, with convenient access to the highway.


Layout
In the exterior, Aerial Villa seamlessly blends modern architecture with the natural landscape and lush green surroundings. In the interior, the minimalistic design exudes both elegance and practicality, complemented by top-of-the-line amenities and high-end equipment. The comfortable furnishings enhance the overall experience, while the smart layout ensures privacy for each guest, accommodating up to 12 people in 6 en-suite bedrooms and up to 14 if necessary by providing 2 folding beds in the playroom area. Spanning across 4 levels and encompassing an expansive 500 m2, Aerial Villa is the perfect self-catering holiday getaway.


Ground Floor
The ground floor of Aerial Villa offers an open-plan space, providing breathtaking views and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Additionally, the presence of an elevator adds convenience and accessibility to this stunning living space. On this level guests can find:
- The living room seating area featuring two comfortable sofas, an ottoman, and a stylish coffee table. Enjoy entertainment on the 75 smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker and PS4 console. The living room opens up to the inviting pool terrace thanks to the glass walls that can be fully opened.
- An indoor dining area accommodating up to 12 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art built-in appliances, including a wine cooler and an air fryer, as well as an impressive open display case.
- A bedroom furnished with a queen-sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with a top mattress, which can also be set up as two singles upon request, also offering stunning nature views and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.
- A bedroom featuring a comfortable 1.60m x 2.00m bed, enjoying a breathtaking sea views and accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.
Both bedrooms provide a 32 TV, closets with a safety box, individually controlled air conditioning, and direct access to the pool area. Enjoy a seating area outside each bedroom, furnished with two cozy armchairs and a table, creating the perfect spot for relaxation.


First floor
Ascending the stairs to the first floor guests can find:
- An incredible roof terrace with bean bag loungers, offering panoramic and unobstructed views of the sea, providing a breathtaking vantage point overlooking the entire area.
- A kitchenette featuring a mini fridge, espresso machine, and washer/dryer enclosed within a cabinet.
- A bedroom with a queen-sized bed (1.80m x 2.00m) with a top mattress, which can also be arranged as two singles upon request, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin.
- A bedroom with a bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, equipped with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower cabin. The two bedrooms share a balcony that offers seating for four people, overlooking the pool area and showcasing stunning views of the sea, city, and the surrounding landscape.
- A bedroom with a bed measuring 1.60m x 2.00m, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin. This bedroom also includes a sofa capable of accommodating one additional guest and a private balcony providing views of the area. All three bedrooms are equipped with a 32 TV, closets with a safety box, and individually controlled air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable and personalized stay.


Second floor
Reaching the second floor, the sixth, attic-style bedroom of Aerial Villa boasts a 1,60 X 2,00 bed, 32 TV, closet with safety box, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. A window also offers beautiful views of the area.


Lower Floor
On the lower level, you are welcomed by the ultimate playroom, where fun knows no bounds! This playroom offers a delightful assortment of games and amenities to keep you entertained for hours on end, including a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, foosball table subsoccer, darts and a selection of board games. To complete the experience, the playroom also offers a 65 TV, an array of cozy bean bag loungers and A/C. Our younger guests could spent some creative time using the table and chair seating arrangement, bowling set, scooters, kids Jenga and roleplaying games.


But thats not all! For those who wish to stay active even during their holiday, gym equipment is also available, providing a treadmill, mats, dumbells, yoga equipment and crossfit bands. Finally, a full bathroom with shower cabin completes the lower level.


Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the Aerial Villa is a haven of relaxation and enjoyment, covering 500m2, offering a wide range of amenities for guests to indulge in. In more detail, the Villa offers:
- A private, 60 sq.m., free shape swimming pool, 1,40 m. deep with step access. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay upon advance notice, with an additional daily charge.
- Families with children will appreciate the dedicated, 5,5 sq.m., childrens pool, 0,55cm deep, with hydromassage function that will excite both children and parents.
- The pool area is well-equipped with 8 comfy sun beds for lounging and sunbathing, side tables and 5 umbrellas, while a round day bed provides a cozy spot for relaxation or an afternoon nap. An outdoor WC and a poolside shower are also available for outmost comfort.
- The gas BBQ grill, small fridge, and outdoor sink make outdoor culinary experiences enjoyable and hassle-free.
- An outdoor dining area, accommodating up to 12 guests, offers ample opportunity for al fresco dining.
- A comfortable sectional sofa with chaise longue invites you to unwind and enjoy the company of your loved ones or indulge in a good book.
- Outdoor parking space for 3 cars.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced offering security and full privacy to our guests.
**Starting 01/01/2024, a new tax "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge" was introduced, requiring a fee of EUR1,50/night from March to October and EUR0,50/night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.
