MINUTES TO 3 BEACH ACCESSES:
1) 1/2 mile to beach access by the Famous Ice Creamery Shop on 30-A
2) 1/2 mile to access by Goatfeathers Restaurant at Blue Mtn Beach, and
3) another 1/2 mile to the Gulf Place / Shunk Gulley Beach Access called Ed Waline Beach Access. Car and golf cart parking at all 3 beach accesses above.

In addition to the closest beach accesses above, we branch out a mile or two further to visit our favorite beach sites: Grayton Beach State Park, and you must get there early. Or the public beach access called Fort Panic Beach Access is amazing, which is wide, has lifeguards, restrooms, and room for small beach tents.

Gas cooktop, convection oven, microwave, full size fridge, granite & soft-close cabinets, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, Keurig & Regular Coffee Pot and Ninja blender, Toaster, Crock Pot and more!

Seating for 3 at the peninsula, and dining for 7 at the table. A walk-in pantry in the kitchen has board games, all for your enjoyment. FREE WI-FI and Direct TV high def stations on every tv. We have floats, beach toys, 8 beach chairs, 3 bikes. and a full size cooler for your use. Just bring your beach towels.

Family Vacation

The property was just like the pictures. There was enough room for 6 adults and 6 kids. Hosts were very helpful and everyone in the area was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and the house is only a few steps away from it.

Girl Scout Trip

Pam and David’s home is beautiful, incredibly clean, and comfortable. Distance to the pool is great, we grilled hotdogs for lunch poolside one afternoon. It’s a lovely pool area. Distance to the beach was a bit less convenient, as we felt we needed to drive with our gear and parking at beaches was sometimes an issue. However, this was minor for us and the area is nice—great neighborhood, coffee shop and restaurants walkable. The beaches we went to were great and plentiful. Communication with Pam and David was easy and they were super nice and responsive. I felt like we had a concierge! I highly recommend this property!

This home is beautiful. The owners are amazing. Location,amenities and aesthetics with this property is wonderful. Our family of ten were so comfortable here. If you are a porch sitter, you will love this home, front and back porch are the best. Open kitchen,dining, living area is very spacious. Our group of 10 easily fit hanging out, cooking, having dinner, and playing games. Pool was literally steps away from the house. Very nice pool area. Neighborhood was very cute, enjoyed riding bikes and walking through the neighborhood. Very close to the walk/bike path on the main road, my husband and I enjoyed walking this each day as well. Two convenient stores within a bike ride, and other little shops. We have two full size trucks and a small car, parking was tight for these 3 vehicles, but we made it work. Owners are very available for questions and corcerns, very sweet people. Beds were comfortable. My kids said the primary bath shower is life charging, Lol. So check that out. My only advice on things you may want to bring, if you are someone who likes heavier blankets, bring your own, all beds have light blankets, which we didn't mind. Close to beach access. Great experience!!

Amazing Beach Getaway!

House is immaculate and well appointed. Steps away from large community pool and hot tub. Pam the host is an excellent communicator. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and will definately be back next year. Highly recommend!! Rent a golf cart for easy access to area attractions and go to Mimmo’s and Shunk Gulley for a great meal.

Our Favorite Vacation Home

We absolutely love this beautiful home and its owners. We stay in vacation homes quite a bit due to our family size/frequent travel. This home is THE BEST. Beautiful, clean, perfect location, and it has everything you need. The location is perfect and central to everything. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Beautiful Stay at Pam and David’s place

We were a large group of 12 and everyone loved the place.The house was very Beautiful, clean , cozy and comfortable. Pam and David thought about each and everything about their guest while planning the stay. Location was close to very nice beaches and had all the good restaurants nearby. Pam and David was very helpful in guiding and helping us whenever we had any questions or looking for any recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

Our Favorite

We’ve stayed with Pam and David quite a few times, and their property, service, and hospitality never disappoint. We highly recommend this beautiful home for its cleanliness, spaciousness, prime location, and amenities. We love the close proximity to the community pool and the lovely restaurant and ice cream shop right down the road. We have five children ranging in age from 16-9 and the home is perfect for our family. We will be back soon!

Amazing Stay!

The house was beautiful, maintained, and clean. There is ample beach supplies to make packing light. The owner’s were responsive to all of our questions and gave us helpful information about the area in order to make our vacation more enjoyable. Beach access is a short ride away and the beautiful community pool is located two houses down. We would love to stay at this property again.

We had an amazing time at this house! It was incredibly equipped with everything you need to make it a fun and relaxing stay! Fantastic!

We just completed a fun filled week at Pam & David's Sweet Peaches Beach House. Everything was clean and in great condition. It was exactly as advertised. We appreciated how Pam was very responsive and informative. The beautiful community pool was two doors down and we spent a lot of time there. Will definitely return when coming back to the 30A area.

Incredible stay!

This property is everything you’d want in a vacation. Impeccably clean (and I am a tough critic) and well maintained. Steps from the pool and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My personal favorite part is the spacious covered porches- there are two and while both are wonderful, the backyard one is so peaceful and serene! Would absolutely return here and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well decorated place to relax with friends or family!

Great Spring Break Location

Wonderful week for family to chill by the pool and take outings to the beach! This property is just a few houses from the pool area which is an oasis within itself. The property is a mile from the beach so riding the rented golf cart or bikes got us there quicker. The neighborhood and area were very family friendly which is what we enjoyed the most. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed a quiet breakfast every morning on the covered back porch.

Very clean, updated, and fully stocked!

Pam and David were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Their house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. They had more than enough beach chairs, bikes, kitchen/bath supplies, games, and seating both inside and outside. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets were larger than we were expecting too! I highly recommend their lovely home for your beach vacation!

Best Home!

My family of 5 visit 30A every Spring Break & we’re normally last minute booking a house for the week - this home was the best we’ve visited! The location is perfect, short walk to the heated pool, bikes on the property and a short ride to the beach. We have teenagers that love their own space and we had just enough room for everyone. Pam and David communicated with us upon arrival and were very accommodating after our departure. We thank you guys so much for making this one of the most memorable Spring Breaks! ❤️

Perfect Place!!

We absolutely loved this rental! Pam was easy to get in touch with and this place was immaculate. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the space was perfect for our 2 family's. The rooms are all large and the beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes and relaxing on the back porch. The pool is just steps away and has a fantastic lookout tower. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It was perfect!! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

AMAZING house, host, and time on 30A!

This was our first visit to the area. The house was beautiful. The layout worked well for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the beach stuff was so helpful! The host was great, and always quick to respond as we had questions and upon our arrival. The area is a bit further from beaches (.5 mile to 1 mile), but definitely close enough. We love to explore towns, so we went to different beaches every day anyway! We would highly recommend this house, home, and area!

Absolutely perfect

Everything was perfect🏝! The condo was so beautiful, well-stocked and very clean. This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in the same condo and have been more than pleased. The owners are so kind and very quick to respond to questions. Our entire family had an amazing week....we just wish we could’ve stayed about two more weeks!! 😂

Best Property Owner!

We rent a lot of properties during our travels and Pam was the best we have ever dealt with. The home is the cleanest of any property we have stayed in. It feels brand new. It was great having a pool just a few feet away. You definitely need transportation to get to the beach, but it is just a few minutes away. We typically like to stay closer to Seaside, but if you are wanting to stay in the Blue Mountain Beach or Grayton Beach area this house is amazing! Thank you Pam and David for letting us stay in your incredible home.

Wonderful Home and location

We enjoyed the house, beach and location very much. The home is new and perfectly clean. The space is gracious. The layout is very comfortable. The owners are accessible and clearly communicate. The pool is very nearby and nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The home is larger than it appears. Two porches are very nice and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. The walk to the beach is nice. 4 bikes and lots of beach chairs in the garage were very helpful! It was a great stay.

Simply the best ;)

This was our second time at Blue Mountain Beach and we loved it! This house has everything you ever need in a vacation home. The beds and sheets are top quality, very nicely decorated. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked, there’s a second fridge and cooler in the garage. Plus there’s toys and chairs for the beach. They also have bikes so we ended up only bringing our little kids bikes. The house is three houses away from an amazing resort style pool, which was a plus for the kids and adults. The owners are very nice and always available for any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful vacation home!

We absolutely love helping our guests, giving them all the local tidbits about eateries, beach accesses, and things to do, places to shop. They say one is either drawn to the beach or the mountains!! Although we love both, our favorite is the beach. We love walking & sitting on the beach, especially 30A and the Blue Mountain Beach area. It has the most amazing sunsets and sugary white sand. We love golf and there are so many courses to choose from in the area. Beautiful courses!

We fell in love with the entire Gulf years ago, both the aqua-blue color of the water, the serenity and the sugary white sand. We started out with a condo in PCB, which we still have and love renting to our repeat guests. However 30A was our dream come true! The location of Highland Parks Subdivison in the Blue Mountain Beach area makes this a real gem. You can experience the quieter side of 30A, but yet so close to the hustle and bustle of everything from Seacrest, Seaside, all the way to Destin.
Our property is also close to many wonderful golf courses, which we will be glad to help you book during your stay, lots of time at a reduced price. Close to the home and various golf courses, there is plenty of shopping including Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Destin Commons, and many unique shops on 30A. Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This home is amazingly decorated and only 3 doors from the resort like pool! The pool area has flat screens, lounging area and tables with a covered grilling area. There is also a hot tub and firepit at the pool - absolutely no reason to leave the home or pool area after a day at the beach or pool. Bikes or a golfcart can be rented from local vendors. Premium outlet shopping is a 15 minute drive away, and local boutiques are very close along 30a. Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is only a mile away at the Gulf Place Beach Access.
