MINUTES TO 3 BEACH ACCESSES:
1) 1/2 mile to beach access by the Famous Ice Creamery Shop on 30-A
2) 1/2 mile to access by Goatfeathers Restaurant at Blue Mtn Beach, and
3) another 1/2 mile to the Gulf Place / Shunk Gulley Beach Access called Ed Waline Beach Access. Car and golf cart parking at all 3 beach accesses above.

In addition to the closest beach accesses above, we branch out a mile or two further to visit our favorite beach sites: Grayton Beach State Park, and you must get there early. Or the public beach access called Fort Panic Beach Access is amazing, which is wide, has lifeguards, restrooms, and room for small beach tents.

Seating for 3 at the peninsula, and dining for 7 at the table. A walk-in pantry in the kitchen has board games, all for your enjoyment. FREE WI-FI and Direct TV high def stations on every tv. We have floats, beach toys, 8 beach chairs, 3 bikes. and a full size cooler for your use. Just bring your beach towels.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

House is immaculate and well appointed. Steps away from large community pool and hot tub. Pam the host is an excellent communicator. Our family of 6 had a wonderful time and will definately be back next year. Highly recommend!! Rent a golf cart for easy access to area attractions and go to Mimmo’s and Shunk Gulley for a great meal.

Beautiful Stay at Pam and David’s place

We were a large group of 12 and everyone loved the place.The house was very Beautiful, clean , cozy and comfortable. Pam and David thought about each and everything about their guest while planning the stay. Location was close to very nice beaches and had all the good restaurants nearby. Pam and David was very helpful in guiding and helping us whenever we had any questions or looking for any recommendations. We would definitely come back here.

Our Favorite Vacation Home

We absolutely love this beautiful home and its owners. We stay in vacation homes quite a bit due to our family size/frequent travel. This home is THE BEST. Our Favorite

We’ve stayed with Pam and David quite a few times, and their property, service, and hospitality never disappoint. We highly recommend this beautiful home for its cleanliness, spaciousness, prime location, and amenities. We love the close proximity to the community pool and the lovely restaurant and ice cream shop right down the road. We have five children ranging in age from 16-9 and the home is perfect for our family. We will be back soon!

We had an amazing time at this house! It was incredibly equipped with everything you need to make it a fun and relaxing stay! Pam was extremely attentive and checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. The location to the pool cannot be topped! We can’t wait to come back!!

Fantastic!

We just completed a fun filled week at Pam & David's Sweet Peaches Beach House. Everything was clean and in great condition. It was exactly as advertised. We appreciated how Pam was very responsive and informative. The beautiful community pool was two doors down and we spent a lot of time there. Will definitely return when coming back to the 30A area.

Incredible stay!

This property is everything you’d want in a vacation. Impeccably clean (and I am a tough critic) and well maintained. Steps from the pool and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. My personal favorite part is the spacious covered porches- there are two and while both are wonderful, the backyard one is so peaceful and serene! Would absolutely return here and recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well decorated place to relax with friends or family!

Great Spring Break Location

Wonderful week for family to chill by the pool and take outings to the beach! This property is just a few houses from the pool area which is an oasis within itself. The property is a mile from the beach so riding the rented golf cart or bikes got us there quicker. The neighborhood and area were very family friendly which is what we enjoyed the most. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed a quiet breakfast every morning on the covered back porch.

Best Home!

My family of 5 visit 30A every Spring Break & we’re normally last minute booking a house for the week - this home was the best we’ve visited! The location is perfect, short walk to the heated pool, bikes on the property and a short ride to the beach. We have teenagers that love their own space and we had just enough room for everyone. Pam and David communicated with us upon arrival and were very accommodating after our departure. We thank you guys so much for making this one of the most memorable Spring Breaks! ❤️

Very clean, updated, and fully stocked!

Pam and David were so easy to work with, quick to respond, and very accommodating. Their house was stocked with everything we needed for our vacation. They had more than enough beach chairs, bikes, kitchen/bath supplies, games, and seating both inside and outside. The rooms, bathrooms, and closets were larger than we were expecting too! I highly recommend their lovely home for your beach vacation!

Perfect Place!!

We absolutely loved this rental! Pam was easy to get in touch with and this place was immaculate. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the space was perfect for our 2 family's. The rooms are all large and the beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes and relaxing on the back porch. The pool is just steps away and has a fantastic lookout tower. I really can't say enough good things about this place. It was perfect!! You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

AMAZING house, host, and time on 30A!

This was our first visit to the area. The house was beautiful. The layout worked well for our family. The kitchen was well equipped, and all the beach stuff was so helpful! The host was great, and always quick to respond as we had questions and upon our arrival. The area is a bit further from beaches (.5 mile to 1 mile), but definitely close enough. We love to explore towns, so we went to different beaches every day anyway! We would highly recommend this house, home, and area!

Absolutely perfect

Everything was perfect🏝! The condo was so beautiful, well-stocked and very clean. This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed in the same condo and have been more than pleased. Best Property Owner!

We rent a lot of properties during our travels and Pam was the best we have ever dealt with. The home is the cleanest of any property we have stayed in. It feels brand new. It was great having a pool just a few feet away. You definitely need transportation to get to the beach, but it is just a few minutes away. We typically like to stay closer to Seaside, but if you are wanting to stay in the Blue Mountain Beach or Grayton Beach area this house is amazing! Thank you Pam and David for letting us stay in your incredible home.

Wonderful Home and location

We enjoyed the house, beach and location very much. The home is new and perfectly clean. The space is gracious. The layout is very comfortable. The owners are accessible and clearly communicate. The pool is very nearby and nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The home is larger than it appears. Two porches are very nice and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet. The walk to the beach is nice. 4 bikes and lots of beach chairs in the garage were very helpful! It was a great stay.

Simply the best ;)

This was our second time at Blue Mountain Beach and we loved it! This house has everything you ever need in a vacation home. The beds and sheets are top quality, very nicely decorated. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked, there’s a second fridge and cooler in the garage. Plus there’s toys and chairs for the beach. They also have bikes so we ended up only bringing our little kids bikes. The house is three houses away from an amazing resort style pool, which was a plus for the kids and adults. The owners are very nice and always available for any questions. Highly recommend this beautiful vacation home!

Family Fun

Our family - me, my husband, our two daughters (7 and 9), our mothers, my brother and his family, went to celebrate my oldest turning nine. The owners provided an amazing home-away-from-home for our stay. The house was incredibly clean, and decorated very nicely. Also, the location was just ideal in that the neighborhood pool is steps from the front of the home and the multiple beach accesses are a mile away. We had an incredible visit going out and sitting around at night playing games that the hosts thoughtfully provided. Just can’t say enough positive about the home and thank Pam and David enough for the wonderful location for this special family event.

Absolutely perfect

Our family absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate! It was decorated so beautifully with comfortable furniture inside and out. It was bright, open, airy and spacious. It was stocked well with extra paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent which is always an added benefit. The resort-style pool area was gorgeous with a hot tub, covered grill area and incredible gas fire pit. There is also a TV area perfect for the hubbys who need to catch up on March Madness or The Masters. Pam and David were so kind and helpful. They were extremely fast in responding if we had questions and bent over backwards to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back.

STOP LOOKING!!! STAY HERE😁😁😁.

This was our third trip to 30 A... and it never disappoints. Beautiful home. Great location. From the start, great communication with the owners. Plenty of room for our crew of 9. Avoid the chaos of traffic. Close to Destin and Panama City. Shopping!!!! Love Seaside. Take the short trip there. Close to ice cream shops, 2 of them. We rented a pontoon and went to Crab Island. Best day yet. Our boys went deep sea fishing. Oh my..... so fresh and yummy !!! Hope to be back!! Would rent from the owners in a heartbeat!! Thank you for sharing your home. We’re headed back to Indiana refreshed. The best thing we’re taking home.... memories 💕

Amazing home and area with great amenities. Highly Recommend!!

This house and area exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, has very nice towels and linens, and fully stocked for everything you need in the kitchen. The garage has an extra fridge, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and other toys which we enjoyed using so we didn't have the extra cost of renting. The 2 covered porches were so nice and relaxing with comfy furniture and were some of our favorite places to relax or play games (yes, the property even had some games provided). The beautiful pool/hot tub area with covered patio and grills was another huge bonus being so close that we thoroughly enjoyed. Last, the owners were so nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We actually like this area better than Destin and Seaside because it is not as crowded but still has a lot of great options for dinner and fun (ice cream shops, bakeries, live bands at many places). We would love to return to this same house again!! Fabulous time with great owners!

Amazing property! Wonderful stay! Felt as comfortable as home :)

First of all, the owner is the BEST! Pam truly has thought of everything that you could possibly need at the house; no detail is overlooked. She was very communicative, and I'm sure got tired of my nonstop messages asking questions LOL, but she was always so pleasant and informative. It worked out that we were able to get an early check-in. She tries her hardest to make that happen for you. The house was spotless! She's got a great housekeeper. Everything was squeaky clean. The house is so beautiful and comfortable. The layout and spacing is just right for a house full. Really appreciated the extra half bath downstairs. Everyone was just so comfortable! The house is stocked with anything you may need (extra pillows, blankets, etc.) SO appreciated having beach chairs, toys and cooler available, and also the extra fridge in the garage. House came with 6 bikes as well, which we all loved getting to use. Location is ideal!!! First, 3 doors down from pool which makes it very convenient for quick trips back to the house. Pool area is fantastic by the way! The neighborhood itself is in a great spot. So close to eateries and the beach. We never had to use our car, just hopped on a bike, or you can rent a golf cart if you'd like (everyone does.) I could go on and on but you get the point. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! 1st Family Trip to the Beach

I really can’t compare to anything as this was our 1st trip to the beach and using VRBO. Total process was very easy. Our host was just amazing, kept checking in on us and quick response for any questions. The house was immaculately clean and very new. We were 3 houses down from the resort style pool which was perfect for all of our kids ranging from 19-3 years old. The pool ranges in depth from very shallow to a spot in the corner that was 6ft deep. The pool area and bathrooms were very clean. I know this is a neighborhood and HOA keeps track of pool, but it would be nice if they had a small concession stand at pool for guest. The pool has security but no life gaurd. Not a big deal, I thought the security was a nice touch. The house came with just about everything you needed for your beach trip. We are not early risers, and to get a spot at these beaches on 30A you need to be. However it worked out perfect for us, each day we went to the beach around 2pm and found a spot when the morning people were leaving. Back to the house, it has everything you need if you want to save money and cook your meals. Two nice size porches for morning coffee, plenty of bicycles, my 15 year old enjoyed riding solo through the small hilly neighborhood. All house and yards were very well maintained. Lots of local food places for dining out if that’s your thing. This is the perfect place for a big family friendly vacation. A Walmart and a Publix Grocery store is a couple miles away if you need.

We absolutely love helping our guests, giving them all the local tidbits about eateries, beach accesses, and things to do, places to shop. They say one is either drawn to the beach or the mountains!! Although we love both, our favorite is the beach. We love walking & sitting on the beach, especially 30A and the Blue Mountain Beach area. It has the most amazing sunsets and sugary white sand. We love golf and there are so many courses to choose from in the area. Beautiful courses!

We fell in love with the entire Gulf years ago, both the aqua-blue color of the water, the serenity and the sugary white sand. We started out with a condo in PCB, which we still have and love renting to our repeat guests. However 30A was our dream come true! The location of Highland Parks Subdivison in the Blue Mountain Beach area makes this a real gem. You can experience the quieter side of 30A, but yet so close to the hustle and bustle of everything from Seacrest, Seaside, all the way to Destin.
Our property is also close to many wonderful golf courses, which we will be glad to help you book during your stay, lots of time at a reduced price. Close to the home and various golf courses, there is plenty of shopping including Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, Destin Commons, and many unique shops on 30A. This home is amazingly decorated and only 3 doors from the resort like pool! The pool area has flat screens, lounging area and tables with a covered grilling area. There is also a hot tub and firepit at the pool - absolutely no reason to leave the home or pool area after a day at the beach or pool. Bikes or a golfcart can be rented from local vendors. Premium outlet shopping is a 15 minute drive away, and local boutiques are very close along 30a. Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar is only a mile away at the Gulf Place Beach Access.
