However, we deeply regret that your experience with the management company did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the amenities and access codes. Providing clear and accurate information is a priority, and we’re sorry for the miscommunication about key fobs and access to certain areas. The issue with limited key fobs for your group is concerning, and we’ll work with the property management team to find a more guest-friendly solution moving forward. We’re also sorry to hear about the maintenance issues with the ice maker, freezer, and microwave, as well as the inconvenience of having to discard food. While maintenance attempted repairs, we understand this fell short of resolving the issues. Your feedback has been shared with the property owner to prioritize these repairs for future guests. Lastly, we apologize for the oversight in providing timely access to the carriage house. This is something we will review to ensure a smoother process in the future.
