- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed. Please be advised that a cleaning fee of 100€ will be charged if any stains or damage are left in the apartment upon your departure. In the event that any items are taken or damaged during your stay, the cost of the item will be charged to your account.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly and doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service; therefore, we cannot assume liability when issues are provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
- Please ensure that you turn off the heating on your departure day and leave the keys in the designated lockbox. Additionally, kindly clean the kitchen and ensure that the dishwasher is empty to avoid a cleaning fee of 100€.
