Great location!

The unit was cute, safe and hear everything in Tamarindo. The beach was a 6 min walk down the street. Great restaurants nearby and the pool area in the complex is nice.

Near beach and shopping

The condo was clean and very close "2 blocks" to grocery, restaurants, beach. Pool was very nice. Great value for the money we paid!

Nice place

This was a nice place, but definitely could use a little refreshment. Convenient to the main strip, but beware that a major street project in front of the condos is under construction. Bonus washer and dryer in the unit too. If Tamarindo is your kinda place, this is a good landing pad. We only ended up staying one night in the unit before returning to Playa Guiones which was more our style.

Great Location, Cleanliness needs work

The cleanliness of the unit could have been better. The cleaning staff arrived after we had checked in (around 4:30pm) to take out the trash and change the laundry. There were stains on the walls and the sofa - enough that we didn't want to sit on the couch without a blanket over it. The bedroom and bedsheets were clean. We had issues with some of the bath towels smelling like smoke as well. The location of the unit and the pool were amazing.

Not as expected

My husband and I have rented with VRBO many times but I will never rent a Vacasa property again. They give the appearance of customer service with emails and text messages but fall short with follow through. The recent property we rented in Costa Rica was in a lovely complex but the unit had a broken toilet and washing machine. They made no attempt to resolve during our 8 day stay. They are horrible

No pool

The inside was as described. The sofa had gross stains on it. However, I put down a towel to sit. The AC was wonderful! Everything else was clean inside and being on the end of the unit made it very quiet . The pool was torn apart when we arrived with a cover on it. I was really bummed , it was the primary reason we rented the space. Hopefully Vacasa will take the pics of the pool off of the description until it’s finished. I would have rented a different place if I’d known the pool was destroyed .

Viaje Tamarindo

Tenía que irme unos días para Tamarindo por negocios y me he quedado en este condominio. Fue un éxito. El trato antes de llegar con Rigo fue increíble. Durante mi estadio me ayudo con unas cosas que nesecitaba. Yo recomiendo ese lugar tranquilo y precioso en el centro de Tamarindo. Gracias Rigo y el equipo de VACASA.

Would highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as stated and it was a nice quiet end unit. The pool was so refreshing and the neighbors were friendly. We had a short walk to restaurants, shops, tours and the ocean/beach! We did have to cut our trip short due to Covid-19 regulations and needing to get home, but we will definitely come back and spend more time. The management team was spot on for communication and helping us set up transportation. I highly recommend booking here!

Excellent

This was the perfect place for one (or two) to stay in Tamarindo. Super close to everything, but tucked away so it's quiet. The supermarket is right down the road, the unit had laundry - which helped me pack lighter :) I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Tamarindo for a really wonderful holiday. Thanks for everything - the place was perfect and I appreciate the easy communication! I loved my stay and getting to come back to this wonderful place after surfing each day. Thanks again!

Wonderful location

3 minute walk to the beach. Centrally located with a bunch of restaurants close by. The apartment is very well furnished and Rigo is an excellent host working on behalf of a great management company Vacasa. Pool was very clean and a good size to do some laps. Highly recommend!

Week in the one bedroom

I usually stay in hotels and this was the first time I rented an apartment. It was great. More room and more amenities. Would do it again for sure

Great location and pool was lovely. There were a few minor problem.

We were never able to get cable connection. I called property manager but they never got back to me. We also asked for some outdoor chairs since description on line said we would have them. We never got them. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

Balcones Number 7

We had a great month stay in in this condo. It was beautifully furnished and decorated...an impressive first impression ! The bed was very comfortable and the 3 large sliding doors gave wonderful light . This unit feels very private as it is the last one on the property. Though the kitchen is small it satisfied our daily cooking and we made wonderful meals . It is very nice to be able to do our own laundry. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and we felt very secure . I would recommend both the condo and the property to anyone.

Great location and pool

The room was as advertised. Its nice. It’s an end unit so it had lots of glass. Location is awesome. 3 minutes to beach. Pool is best attribute. I met other renters (mostly Canadian). All very friendly and quiet.

Balcones del Pacifico Unit 7

We loved staying int his very clean, one bedroom unit. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, is conveniently located to the main road, and very close to the beach as well.
