The flat was large, clean, and comfortable. Our hosts, Waylon and Scully, were welcoming and friendly (and so were their humans).There’s an excellent coffee shop, Aspen Coffee Roasters, about a ten-minute walk away. My only suggestion would be more supportive pillows. Maybe a larger TV. But overall, fantastic.

We had an exceptional experience. The location is excellent for easy access to many other areas in the city and the neighbourhood is both relaxing and active. The space is clean, bright and comfortable. The hosts were attentive when needed and at the same time provided us with full privacy. Highly recommended.

We highly recommend Kelly and Wade’s place in the Ritchie area of Edmonton. We stayed there for 12 nights — two of us and our co-dependent basset hound. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The layout is thoughtful and efficient. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Snacks, coffee and tea were available. The workspace is excellent and I had no problem working remotely during my stay. I was able to access my applicable networks and databases and experienced no problems during virtual meetings. Kelly and Wade’s large friendly dogs were very good with our dog. The location of the suite is excellent. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance or a short drive. There is also close access to the Mill Creek Ravine and multiple parks. The neighbourhood is vibrant but quiet and safe at night. We had trouble finding a rental that would accept our large dog as a guest and Kelly and Wade were very welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated the work they did to make the suite feel like a home.

This place was perfect honestly! We read the reviews and everything is true, the hosts are the best that we have come across. They are so nice and accommodating. They are friendly without being too overbearing. Everything was immaculate, they had everything that we needed! If we go back to Edmonton this is where we will be staying! There is plenty to do within walking distance around the area. Cute cafes, bars, stores, parks. Family friendly. It was our first time to the area and we just loved it!

My second time staying here. Just as good as the first time and nothing but good things to say about the property and hosts. Will definitely be back in the summer if it is still available. The perfect place.

Amazing hosts and property. The apartment was very clean and fully stocked with everything you might need. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I brought my dog with me and they are very dog friendly and even allowed him to use their backyard. Overall I had a great stay and highly recommend this suite.

Everything was great and we had all we needed. Location is good for places to walk to. The only criticism we have was the wooden stairs to get in were very steep and it was not easy to get our suitcases etc. in.

This was a great stay. The location was great for us as it was 12 mins to Roger Place for the Oiler game and 15 mins from IKEA. Being above the garage was perfect with no adjoining residence making noise. The host was very friendly and checked in with us after our arrival. He also messaged during the stay to check to see how things were. Will definitely stay again and recommend this place.

Wonderful hosts at a fantastic location

This was a lovely location in a walkable neighbourhood. Our dog enjoyed playing with the host’s dog, and walking in Mill Creek Ravine green space. Suite was well equipped for our family.

10/10, A. The property is comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and extremely convenient (you don’t need a car). It’s a short walk to a bus to the university. I felt safe in the charming neighborhood, which has many amenities nearby. The wonderful hosts Kelly and Wade are friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Had such a wonderful stay at this property. Will definitely be back to experience a little more of Edmonton. Shopping, dining and the nightlife near this property made it one of the best, not to mention the property itself being beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The host was kind, thoughtful, accommodating and easy to work with. All questions were answered quickly and clearly.

Great apartment with all the amenities!

Wade our host was very attentive to our needs. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to Whyte ave was great for dining options. This eas excellent value for what you get.

Best location , close to cafes,restaurants and bars

Cute ,quiet and cozy apartment . It is bigger than the photos , especially the bathroom with an awesome bathtub shower combo.Has everything you need for a great stay! Kelly and Wade are the perfect hosts always attentive to any inquiry. Best place we have stayed in highly recommend 😁

Comfy place to stay, in a great location.

Love the place! Comfy, warm and with all the amenities we needed for a long stay while house hunting in the city. Close to Whyte Ave and the craft brewery district as well, so always somewhere different to go for a drink or bite. Kelly, Wade and their pup are such great and friendly hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Parking spot in front of the garage as well as on the road in front of the house was very helpful as we had 2 vehicles with us.

Has all the modern conveniences you could want. Private and cozy. Perfect for Fringe and Festival goers. Quiet little neighborhood.

Quiet location, easy to access other areas of Edmonton

Great communication with the owner, unit clean and certainly had everything we needed for our visit with family. We are in our 70’s and found the stairs a bit daunting.be aware there are also 3 stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom if you find you have to get up at night. Street parking available
