When it comes to finding accommodation in the perfect location it doesn't get any better than this. This magnificent, newly renovated flat is located right in the pedestrian section in the heart of the famous Royal Mile and only 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station and 5 minutes walk from IEdinburgh Castle. The property boasts two large double bedrooms with high spec, extremely cosy, comfortable King Size beds that are guaranteed to provide a good night's sleep prior to commencing your adventures. The flat has fine quality linens and towels supplied. It also has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom to ensure a luxurious stay. It is very important for guests to note that the bedrooms are located to the rear of the building where it is extremely quiet despite the flat's highly desirable city centre location. The living room is located overlooking the bustling Royal Mile where you will never tire of sitting in the window seat watching the activity below you. The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped with washer drier, oven and hob, microwave etc. Lots of pubs, bars and restaurants right outside ! Please note the flat is on the 4th floor and accessed via a spiral staircase.

Great location. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but manageable. Would definitely stay here again. Not sure if the owner knows but there was only 1 tea cup, so we had to use the water glasses for our morning cup.

We were thrilled with the flat as it was right on the Royal mile. We looked down on the music and action while having a very quiet suite. I wouldn’t recommend this flat to anyone that can’t navigate 77 narrow circular stairs. The flat was well appointed and we would be happy to rent this unit again.

Amazing location and beds were super comfy. View out front (and back) windows was beautiful! Bathroom needs a refresh and the mirror light didn’t work so the bathroom was very dark. Great location with fully stocked kitchen and cozy couch to sit on after a day of sightseeing.

Great location!

Our day was great location was wonderful apartment was clean and comfortable. Only concern was the five flights of stairs with luggage is a little tough but overall it was a great stay.

Great stay

Everything was fantastic and as described on the site. I’m not sure that the beds are king size (unless the sizing is different in the UK) but all was comfortable and clean. Be mindful of how much luggage you intend to bring up and down the narrow 4 level spiral staircase and that taxis may not be able to get right to the front during the day (but they get close-it was not a problem and we had a LOT of luggage). Thank you for the wonderful experience, Andy.

Great Place, few FYI’s

The overall stay was great. The location was fabulous. A few notes, if you run out of toilet tissue, you will be responsible to get your own. The washer/dryer is a bit confusing to figure out and the host can’t assist. The stairs up to the room is tight and several flights. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Loved the location!

Great location. Fully up to our expectations. Cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Supermarkets 6/7 minutes walk away. Lively street activity. Flat very clean and simply but comfortably furnished. Bedrooms at rear of building so very quiet at night. Beds very comfortable. Windows all open easily. Flat near top of building so elderly or infirm people may find access via spiral staircase a bit daunting. I would happily book this place again.

Central location

This was a very central location. Good because you can walk to most everything. Bad because it’s loud. Bagpipes playing outside front window all day long and loud drunks roaming the streets late at night. Luckily you don’t hear much noise from the bedrooms in the back. Must walk up 4 flights up narrow spiral staircase to get to the apartment. No information in apartment on how to change thermostat setting, turn on tv, etc. We got check in instructions for lockbox but there were about 6 boxes on the wall and no idea which one to open. Ended up putting code into all of them and finally got the keys on the last try. Cleaner was there buzzing us right at 10am to check out. Unit was clean and worked fine for our stay.

Tres bel appartement dans le centre, bien équipé, 2 belles chambres donnent sur la cour donc pas de bruit. Literie impeccable. Certes il faut monter les 3 étages en colimaçon mais cela n'était pas une surprise.

Amazing Location

We had a fabulous time the apartment was clean, fresh and well equipped and so comfortable. Only 1 minor issue that there was only one wine glass between 4 people which was not ideal and the only alternative was a plastic tumbler, not quite what we were looking for, real shame really.

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh

This is a lovely apartment on and overlooking the Royal Mile, but the bedrooms are at the back so not disturbed by noise. There is a good sized lounge area and a breakfast bar seating area. The location could not be better. It is worth noting, however, that the access is via several spiral stairs.

In the heart of old town. Great location. The apartment was very cozy and super cute. Stairs were no joke though! Be prepared to climb with all your luggage.

Excellent Location.

The location is perfect but the spiral stairs are brutal with suitcases. Not mentioned in the listing but we saw reviews that mentioned it. We are in our 60's and 70's and it was very difficult hauling our bags. Because of this, I wouldn't suggest this place for older people. But the location is perfect and we were able to see a parade for the King out of our window. That was exciting.

Great stay on the Royal Mile

What a brilliant location! We loved our short stay here. Warm, comfortable and immersed in the atmosphere of the Royal Mile. The bedrooms were quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside are the stairs to get up into the apartment. If you are fit, they would not be a problem but the stairs are steep and narrow and it's 3 flights up.

Great Location

Location was awesome...right on the royal mile Maybe this was in the description but we did not see it...flat is on the 4th floor so had to walk up 4 flights of revolving staircase with heavy luggage...that was a surprise. Flat was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom was fine...only downfall...place smelled like smoke so we had to keep windows open the entire time...could not connect to internet either...
