Beautiful fully remodeled in March 2023... Oceanfront 1BR, 1BA Condo - Fresh NEW Clean Look!! This is your home away from home. This condo offers a full kitchen with new furniture, new appliances, cable, Wifi, Tennis & Basketball courts, designated grilling areas and an onsite laundry facilities. Trust me.. This is where you want to stay. This condo sleeps 4 (queen size bed and full size sleeper sofa.

Just 100 steps away from the beach, literally! Just walk across the street and enjoy a nice cocktail at the North Topsail Beach Tiki Bar which also offers live music from Thursday - Saturday.

This condo provides clean linens, bath cloths, hand towels and bath towels, toilet tissue and paper towels.

Tide levels change daily and throughout the day, so beach access can vary depending on the time of your visit. When this occurs, convenient public beach access points are located just a short distance away.

The waves can roll right up to the sandbags below, creating a breathtaking, immersive oceanfront experience that many guests find unforgettable. The building is old and in serious need of maintenance. There are huge, ugly sandbags all along the beach that have been there for a long time and have completely wrecked the beachfront vibe. The condo smelled very musty/moldy. The couch and chairs have covers on them; Lord knows how they look under those cheap covers. When you go out on the deck to look at the beautiful ocean, don't look down or to the side. If you do look down or to the side, you will be looking at the gross sandbags. We were horribly disappointed that the owner was deceitful when describing his property, not mentioning the sandbags and not including pictures of the sandbags. We left after the first night and went to a hotel. I asked the owner for a refund, and in his response, including pictures, he still defended his smelly condo, ugly sandbag-covered beach, and refused to give us a refund.

We’re sorry this guest felt disappointed, but we respectfully disagree with several of her claims. Villa318 is located in the oldest condominium building on Topsail Island, but the exterior underwent a significant makeover in 2023. The sandbags she referenced are not on the beach—they border the building as part of ongoing coastal protection efforts. The furniture covers are also intentionally used to protect the furnishings, not to conceal damage or cleanliness issues. We take cleanliness and guest concerns seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to address any legitimate issue during her stay. We strive to accurately represent Villa318 and provide every guest with a clean, comfortable oceanfront experience.

This is a wonderful place for a quiet and relaxing getaway! The condo was clean and comfortable. Relaxing on an ocean front balcony was awesome as well! We will definitely be visiting this location again in the future!

Cozy little place for family get away

Clean and cozy place for a small family get away. Right on the beach. Great views. We were able to catch some wild dolphins in action as well.

Quiet place and good ocean view

Good quiet place for couples. Great to sit on balcony and view the ocean. Good end to be on for walking or jogging with little traffic. Nice easy walk to the point, inlet area.

Beach access was great. Had an issue with the bathroom, but the owner communicated with me quickly. Put a dent in our stay, but not too bad.

I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.

We had a great time. The property is right on the beach and have amenities that we need. The view of the water is breathtaking and the wave is just perfect for my son. We are out on the beach entire day and walk on the beach at night. Perfect for a family get away.

Pernell’s property is very conveniently located. The ability to walk down the steps right to the beach was wonderful! Pernell was quick with responses when we had any questions!

Nice and relaxing stay at this very clean condo

My husband and I came to enjoy a nice and quiet weekend on the beach. And we were able to so enjoy our weekend at this condo. The view from the balcony was awesome and we enjoyed it every morning and evening. The condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and just relax. We will definitely be back to this specific location.

The condo was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony was simply amazing. My granddaughter thought it was the best place ever. Would definitely stay here again…. And again
