Very clean , walked to the beach , home had all the extras for beach which made packing 100 things a lot easier. Host was very respectful and responsive with all texts and calls. Definitely top experience I’ve had !!

Micah the host was very helpful and communicative, and everything was well organized in the house. Check-in was smooth, and everything was as described. The only thing to note is that the house is quite small. For a family of 4 with two small kids (ages 5 and 3), this wasn't a problem. The rooms were big enough for us and everything was clean, but I think a family with older kids might find the space a bit tight. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the close access to the beach.

My family of 3 had an excellent stay at Micah's beach house! It was clean, cozy, and looked just like the photos. We all had a very comfortable stay, and Micah was always so great with communication. We really enjoyed sunning on the deck and playing games in the shaded hangout area. Also, having beach gear and bikes available was so nice! It's a short, easy walk to the beach. I walked over for sunrise every morning, and in the evenings we'd walk to the sound side to catch sunset.

This was the sweetest little beach stay. The host was so communicative and helpful! Everything was perfect- clean, comfy and so cute! We would love to come back and stay again.

The picture of ocean view is deceiving. I could hear the ocean from the deck. To get the view shown with the advertisement, a person must walk about 3 minutes and climb stairs to top of berm. There are very few places to walk on to the beach without climbing stairs up and over the sand berm. Must drive to public beach or parking lot at mile marker 19 to walk on beach without stairs. Both me and my wife have bad ankles and feet. Steps are a problem no matter where we stay. Other than the ocean picture the property was as described. The bike and cooler and folding wagon were nice to use.

I unfortunately had to call the host on thanksgiving. They assured us that they were glad to help and stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved. It was much appreciated! Very nice people, awesome place.

Cute little beach cottage

Very cute little cottage. Very convenient across from the St. Regis for restaurants, coffee and ice cream. Bring your own beach towels, though. The rental does not provide them. We had a nice stay!

Memorial day stay

Really nice cottage in a perfect location with nice add-on (binder with lots of information, beach accessories). Excellent location with walking access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Girls trip

We had an amazing time staying here. The house was just what 3 sisters wanted for a girls trip. Micah was a great host and we would definitely want to stay again if we come back to the area.

Off-season getaway with children

Great little rental, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood (October off-season), kitchen well supplied (minus dishwasher). Very clean, really appreciated the games and beach toys for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

we had a great time at the holloway’s cottage! a super cute space in a quiet neighborhood located just a few minutes walk to the beach! we loved the covered outdoor space as well! would recommend to anyone looking to stay on north topsail island!

Top Topsail Cottage

This cottage is decorated so cute and is meticulously clean, convenient to the beach, and has everything provided for your stay. Micah is wonderful to work with! We definitely would stay again and highly recommend!

Clean and Quiet Close to Beach

My initial thoughts were how clean the place was. The owner was very responsive with questions. I had a great stay with my wife and two kids.

Perfect for families or couples looking for a peaceful getaway. Fully loaded kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishes. COFFEE bar with K-cups and syrups for my fellow coffer lovers. Master bedroom includes a queen bed, smart tv, large mirror, and walk in closet. Guest room includes bunk beds and closet. Living area includes large smart tv mounted on the wall which you can see from the deck, comfortable couch with foldout bed. The deck is large with 4 comfy chairs ready for you to relax, listen to music, and make memories. The hammock is positioned in the shade with the dueling UNC vs Duke corn hole boards for when things get competitive. The yard is perfect for kids to play while you can watch from the deck above.

This is stress free living at its finest!!!

The resort across the street has a walk-up window restaurant open during the day and a rooftop seafood restaurant open in the evenings. They also have an ice cream stand open most evenings as well.

There is a beautiful park located just a few minutes away with a large pirate ship themed playground, basketball court, sand volleyball, docks to walk out into the sound, Italian Ice venue, and more.

The Tiki Mart and Bar is located one block away. This is a fun place to visit in the evening and hang out with other vacationers.

The northern tip of the island is less than a mile away and has breathtaking beach and sound views. If you look closely you’ll see the sails of an old shipwreck. We highly recommend driving the bikes there one evening. There is a parking lot so you can drive a car as well. If you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle you can actually drive it out on the sand in the marked areas. The city sells day passes for you to take your vehicles out on the sand and it’s a blast.
