* Toiletries, extra paper goods, laundry pods for extra laundry use if desired

Linens and Paper Goods:

* Linens are provided in the cleaning fee and beds are made prior to your arrival
* "Kitchen pack" with sponge and dish towel included.
* Enough paper towels and toilet paper to get your group started.

Kitchen Items Provided:

* Toaster, regular coffee pot, blender, utensils, pots/pans, and more!

* Topsail Island Bellhop Boys: Schedule in advance for effortless check-in/out - they'll unload all your luggage for a stress-free start and finish to your stay.

Notes on Pets and Parking:

* Only one dog under 50lbs is allowed per reservation; no other pets permitted. Guests must inform the host about the dog at the time of booking. Dogs must be well-behaved and house-trained. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog. Any damage caused by the dog will be charged to the guest. Dogs must not be left unattended inside the rental property.
* $200 non-refundable pet fee will apply
* Parking for 2 vehicles
