MARAVILLA CONDOMINIUMS is the most popular family oriented, PET FRIENDLY, property in Destin Florida.

Our Destin Fl Rentals consist of an elegant third floor unit #2301 (VRBO Listing #850) and our popular ground floor #2106, both in the Gulf front building, #2, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Maravilla is a 33 acre resort, with the largest, unobstructed beach on Miramar . When you visit our all inclusive website, you will find a slide show of the amenities for Maravilla and a THINGS TO DO IN DESTIN page.

MARAVILLA RESORT is a gated community with two pools, hot tub, tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse, beach volleyball and a 2.5 acre beach. We are centrally located to all local activities and restaurants. We also have an onsite property manager, and a wonderful beach attendant.

Maravilla 2106 is just close enough to the Gulf side pool for you to enjoy it's proximity and not the noise. You have a beautiful patio with bistro table and two comfortable chaise lounge chairs, you can relax listen to the surf, read a book and watch the kids play. Yet, you are steps to the sandy beah ,the pool, and grills. We also provide a bucket of beach toys and FOUR chairs/umbrella set upS waiting for you each morning of your visit (seasonal/March-October). There is a porte-cochere for loading and unloading and a parking space right at your door, no need for elevators. PARK AT YOUR FRONT DOOR. luggage carts available.

You are within walking distance of the popular beachside restaurant Pompano Joe's and Kenny D's. There is a walking/biking path that runs for miles alongside Scenic Gulf Drive and the Beach.

Nice place, great location

This is a really nice unit, with a beach view. Instant walk to the beach. We had one minor issue with a TV and it was fixed by the landlord within a few hours. They even gave us a local restaurant gift certificate for the hassle. Will stay again.

Destin get away

We rented at Maravilla but construction was going on near room and our agent offered us another area in Beach Retreat. We appreciated the change. Our entire stay was excellent from beginning to end.

Great condo and great location!

The condo was so clean and well stocked. You step out your door, and you're have a 1 minute walk for your toes to touch the ocean! Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. are so close. The owner is quick to respond to any question that you may have. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great Condo!!

We stayed in this unit August 20-27 and it was perfect! The unit was clean and just as the pictures showed. We loved the pool being just a few steps from the patio. We used the beach service that is included with the rental (and yes, we remembered to tip the attendant!) Maravilla is so convenient to everything....the shops, restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and so did Lizzie and Lucy, our 2 little Boston Terriers!!!

Awesome Condo!

This condo was everything the description described. It was clean, kitchen was well equipped, and the beach access was wonderful. Plenty of linens available. The condo is quick access to the main road that goes through Destin as well as many of the great restaurants. The mall is close as well. We left the condo in the manner in which Jim and Sherry stated in the rental agreement and was refunded our deposit with no problems. The owners are very accessible, I had to email Jim when I got there, and he responded promptly. This condo is well worth the money, very comfortable and the beach access is awesome!

Wonderful Location! Steps to the beach and pool & perfect for a pet owner.

Great condo and so cute. Nicely appointed and all the necessities needed to cook in if needed, they even had some basic condiments (salt, pepper, spices, etc). Perfect location and you walk right out the door and take the steps down to the beach. It is nice to be oceanfront without all the sand blowing in and the walk across the street is super easy. The complex is well maintained although there is some repair construction going on currently. The only drawback to this unit might be the size of the 2nd bedroom. It was not an issue for us as we had two teenagers whom were rarely in there but the size might be an issue for a couple needing to move around more or store clothing. We met Jim and Sherry on move in and they were very nice. Very helpful on pet friendly locations and tips for dinner. The condo is great if you bring a dog and super convenient to walk straight out the sliding door for those morning walks. The only thing I can think of that was missing from the unit was a mop for the tile floors. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! This was our first trip to Miramar Beach and we fell in love with it. This condo was perfect for us because we were traveling with our Basset Hound Lily and this condo is on the first floor with direct beach access right across the street. The sunrises are amazing but the sunsets were incredible.This condo was clean and had everything you would need for a week at the beach. It is an added plus that the beach chairs and umbrellas are included with the rental. We loved not having to lug our chairs to and from the beach everyday.The guests/owners that stay at the Maravilla Condos are a wonderful mix of couples young and old and families. Very wonderful vacation, thank you for sharing with us!

Great location; across the street from private beach. Condo was very clean and had everything we could have needed. Could have used a pair of scissors to open packages once we go there. Very easy entry and communication with owner. Note that dog relief area is away from units, but convenient and kept clean.

Location! Location! Location!

The condo was super cute, clean, and very functional! The location was great! Less than 2 minute walk right out of the door to the beach! We also walked to several restaurants! Easy check in/check out process. Great communication from host/owner. Will visit again!

Wonderful!!

We loved this condo. It had everything that was described. It was very clean!!! We had an issue with the gate code but it was fixed immediately! It is located right beside the pool and directly across the street from the ocean. Parking places aren’t assigned but we were able to park relatively close the the unit. We would definitely stay her again. This is a great condo!!

Immaculately clean, Amazing location on 1st Floor with Stunning Views!

Where to begin? The place was amazing and we will definitely be back. Great view, easy beach access, comfy beds, beautiful decor, all the kitchen essentials were included, the ice maker works, the washer and dryer came with detergent and everything. The best part was that it was on the first floor and there was always parking available. I highly recommend you stay here but just not when I plan to go again! :-)

Absolutely Wonderful!

The condo is in a wonderful area! It's beautiful and clean. We had plenty of room with 4 adults and 2 teens. The entrance to the beach is right across the street from the back door. It was great for quick assess to and from the beach. Also, great place to people watch! We loved all the dogs, but never heard any barking. We also loved that if we had decided to bring our furry baby, then we could have. There was 2 clean pools, pickle ball, tennis, and a workout room. What should you take? I like to read reviews to know what to take, so here goes: Loose ground coffee (regular filters) or Kcups (it was a coffee maker with both options.) Trash bags, scissors, toilet paper, & paper towels, & detergents. (Soap and detergents were there, but might not be a regular thing) It's a great condo and we had so much fun! There's so much to do even if it rains!

We love that MARAVILLA is a family oriented, pet friendly complex in Destin, with the largest and most beautiful private beach. The grounds is also home to a tennis court, basketball goal, and two swimming pools. Maravilla is a gated community with a security guard on site as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Unit 2106, being a ground floor unit , affords you the option of walking out your front door directly to the pool, grills and the beach, and also with a view of the Gulf. We have a patio furnished with bistro table, two chase lounges and ceiling fan for those warm July days. Sit back , read a book, sun bath and watch your children play on the front lawn or swim in the pool.

2106 is next to the portico, convenient for loading and unloading your luggage. There is also a bike rack in the portico. And you park right at your front door.

Maravilla 2106, ground floor, is located in the Gulfront Building #2, walk straight out the door onto the crosswalk to the gate for Maravilla.
