Our lovely condo is the perfect get away - what can be more relaxing than being directly on the beach. Everything renovated in September 2017 !
Casey key belongs to the city of Nokomis which is a quiet town with lovely restaurants and bars and a beautiful long beach.
Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets from our beachfront terrace in front of your apartment or walk a few steps in the sand and sit
in one of our private chairs directly on the ocean.
Want more action ? Just a 20 minutes drive takes you to downtown Sarasota with fantastic nightlife and shopping possibilities.

Your apartment has one bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. You find a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ for our guests to use on the terrace. Your condo has a large glass sliding door so you can see the ocean from the living room and can enjoy the view under a/c as well.

Beautiful property

View was excellent and so was location. Condo was great but bed pillows were the worst we have ever seen. A 20 expenditure could have been spent on a pillow upgrade.

Cozy getaway; great location

The house was modest but comfortable and the location ideal. We had difficulty accessing the lockbox which appeared older and in need of repair/replacement. When we called the property manager, she curtly informed us that it did work and implied that we were at fault. She also said that she was an hour away and could not help us. Fortunately, after many tries we were able to gain access. Everything else about our stay was fine but we would have appreciated a warmer more helpful property manager.

Old and Tired

The place was decent, but pretty tired. The couch, chair and table and chairs were nice and fairly new. The mattress was really uncomfortable and the pillows were so old they were like a pancake. The fridge was rusty and missing a handle. The appliances were definitely dates and should be updated. The bathroom shower was pretty new and nice, but a lot of mold and mildew in the grout in both the shower and bathroom floor. The toilet had dried urine (was yellow) At the back of the seat where the lid attaches. The outside area was lively and had plenty of seating. It was a decent area, close to the beach and Pop’s, which was our favorite place to eat and grab drinks! I would stay here again if it gets some updates and the get a new or better cleaning service!!

Snow Birds from WV

We had a wonderful weekend. We were coming from WV were there was 12” of snow on the ground. We needed some sunshine and relaxation and that is what we got. The condo was great and just what we needed. Check in and Out process was so easy. Beach chairs and towel were available which was great because we couldn’t bring any with us. We went into Venice and back up to Sarasota and Siesta Keys for dinner and coffe in the mornings. Everything we needed was within 20mins from the condo. We will definitely recommend this condo to others and hope to rent again soon.

We have stayed in several others like this along the Gulf Coast. THis was the best. Clean and comfortable inside and well appointed patio area outside. Steps to beautiful and never crowded Beach.

Spacious Beach Unit

Close to everything in area. Big kitchen to cook, just no DW. Bed a bit too firm for us, plus loud neighbors overhead. We loved walking to local waterfront restaurants & beaches. Could use red lighting approved for turtle nesting at night, gets very dark. All said, we’d love to return to this quaint place.

Great Location

You can’t beat the spot this place is located! Steps from the water and cute parks and restaurants. Such a cute community nestled in between the Gulf and Intercoastal.

Quiet neighborhood but close to everything; beach right out the door; all the amenities we needed. Definitely worth the stay.

Casey Key Gem

First trip to Casey Key, hopefully not our last. Its a hidden gem. Our opinion is you wont find a better beachfront property for a reasonable price. Dont waste money and stay on the gulf side. Sorry, but you cant beat walking out the front door onto the beach. Super clean, super convenient. And dont miss Pop's or Melissa's! The only thing id recommend is bringing your own beach chairs. The property does have some available but in limited numbers. Other than that we had a fantastic time.

Perfect Getaway!

The location, communication with owner, sunsets, beach and property were awesome!! You can see the beach & sunsets right from your back door and we found so many shark teeth!! There are 2 great restaurants, an ice cream shop, and bait shop all within walking distance and Venice was about a 15 minute drive! Casey Key is the cutest little beach town, it exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay at your beachfront paradise!!

Florida Get Away

We enjoyed our stay here in Nokomis. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we like to walk everywhere. Access was simple and good communication with Nina. The weather was chilly but hey, the sun was shining! Thank you for letting us stay at your little place.

Quick getaway

We love the area and was looking to remember all the good things my dad who recently passed loved about Nokomis. We loved this location but the wifi was not good. We were surprised that this was not a regular comment. This was our biggest complaint and the owner or property manager could not help. We ended up spending a lot of extra dollars on our plans due to this promised wifi that did not materialize. We have stayed in the are before without issue.

On the beach

Property could be better for a beach getaway. Very nice and clean condo with everything you need, beach chairs, umbrella etc. Patio looking out to the gulf with high top and two chairs, two lounge and two regular chairs and grill. Step off the patio onto sand for a 30 second walk to the beach. The property is about a quarter mile from Nokomis beach parking and the drawbridge leading in for those familiar with the area. Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous View

We enjoyed our stay! Checking in & out couldn't have been any easier. Everything was just as pictures showed. The only thing I'd suggest would be some patio lighting. We'll definitely return!
