Property was better than the pictures. Close to anything you’d need and just a few minutes drive to downtown Venice. Owner was very easy to work with and always responded quickly. The beach area wasn’t crowded at all and the property seems very well maintained. Lots of shark teeth and shells. Definitely plan on going back.

Wonderful location! Direct access to the beach! Very quiet and peaceful. The place had everything we needed and was convenient to restaurants, groceries, etc. our host was excellent and very responsive.

Love this cottage right on the beach. We’ve stayed here twice now and hope to return. But, We were disappointed with only 2 beach chairs and one of them broken. Next time we’ll bring our own. The bathroom has been updated and shower is beautiful but the shower head is very high and the water stream so strong it was not comfortable.

The Cottage is simple and in need of a few updates, but it is a beach cottage and the salt air is not kind. Overall, the location is fantastic, the Cottage is clean and comfortable and our stay was great.

Great little place perfect for a small family. Beach is great and plenty of shark teeth to be found.

Place is nice , not the fanciest but perfect for beach goers. I’d love to stay again or purchase the property.

Perfect Getaway!

Was easy to grab this little oasis in a pristine location to grab some much needed getaway time with the family. The surrounding area is low key and relaxed, plenty to do and see or just walk out and enjoy the beach!

Perfect little getaway spot

Hard to beat the location…brand new boardwalk to the beach. Cottage was well-equipped, bedding was comfy, and AC worked perfectly.

Our stay was amazing! The views from the deck were perfect! We saw dolphins and manatees. Found many shark teeth. There were places to eat and shop within walking distance! Andrew was helpful with the questions I had! The cottage had everything we needed. We loved it!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this ocean front property. Loved the fact that we were able to walk from the back door straight to the beach. We were able to find so many shark teeth on this beach and we watched dolphins most mornings. The property is in need of some love. Really wish there was an awning on the back porch to be able to enjoy an afternoon snack in some shade.

Wonderful property

This is our second time staying at these cottages. The location and privacy can’t be beat. We had an amazing time and plan to return again soon.
