House was great ., nicely equipped and very clean. Perfect beach house, beautiful views convenient location. We had a wonderful time! Really had an Old Florida feel and we loved it!

Fantastic location, beautiful house, has everything you need and close by to lots of fun. I am not usually one to stay in the same place twice, but I will def be booking and coming back here again in the future!!

Cute old Florida beach cottage with original cypress ceilings and paneling. Dog friendly. Literally steps from the beach. Great fishing. Beautiful sunset views.

This property is the perfect relaxing get away. All amenities are available and lots of good food nearby. You cannot beat the proximity to the water. We look forward to our stay every time.

Communication with owner of property was easy and caretaker is available if needed. Location gorgeous and peaceful with beautiful home as pictured.

Incredible Sunsets

Beautiful views and a great location for enjoying Nokomis and Venice. Very nice 3 bedroom in a very nice area of Casey Key.

Excellent

We loved the location to the beach and the community. Wonderful restaurants within 10-15 minutes. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. We loved the Florida room and the screened porch. The manager was available and very good about communicating with us. Will be back!

Fourth of July on Casey Key

The perfect house for our far flung family to come together for a week. We loved walking right into the water, watching sunsets, the well supplied kitchen and having a grill. Plenty of places to sit and converse. We had a problem with the air when we first arrived but the owner was quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

What a magical location

The house was well-maintained and very comfortable. Well appointed amenities. It’s on a great location and communication with the owner was very responsive. I didn’t have very many questions as the description of the property and how to use It was very complete. If I find myself in this area again, I will definitely try my best to stay here.

Beach House with no beach..

There is NO access to the water, big rocks in the way, you would break your neck trying to cool off. The gate coming in is very heavy to open and close and is dangerous to just stop in road to open and close. House was very nice.

This renter was told in advance that our beach steps were destroyed by Hurricane Milton and that I could not promise beach access. She was told she could cancel, but she did not. I was very clear about the situation. She also asked me many, many questions throughout her stay, beginning with her early morning arrival- wanting to know where she could walk to a restaurant for lunch because they had had a long drive. I was her personal concierge for an entry week. I did not complain about her incessant need for attention.

True Beach House Experience

This beach house was amazing and the host Virginia was such a pleasure to communicate with. This was the most relaxing vacation our family had ever been on. The beach was steps away and the water was breathtaking. We loved the new steps that lead us directly into the water. Watching the sunset from the sand area was my favorate. This place had everything you could possibly need and the location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. My daughter loves to hunt for shells and we found some pretty unique ones. Also, we got the opportunity to see a manatee swim by.

Amazing Views!

Cute little house right on the gulf! Breathtaking views and you simply can’t get closer to the water!! Super comfy beds and well stocked with paper products and kitchen has everything you need. One recommendation would be to add a mirror to assist when you are leaving the driveway. You need someone to stand outside the gate and wave you out when there are no cars coming. Would absolutely love to stay again! Virginia the owner was easy to communicate with and very helpful! We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful property 10/10

My family agreed that this was our favorite beach rental ever! We normally stay on Siesta Key each year but this year we wanted to get away from the crowds. We will never go back now. The most relaxing week we never wanted to leave the house. All communications with Virginia and Rita were prompt and helpful. We cannot recommend this home enough. Everything you need is there including cleaning supplies and paper products and linens. Also outdoor items such as an umbrella, chairs, grill, etc. I know we will come back!

Beautiful location

The house was great and had everything one could need and was very comfortable. A very beautiful location! It was so peaceful and quiet. The ocean was lovely. Casey Key is a lovely island and it is such a beautiful drive to drive along the island! Gorgeous homes and mansions. A must see. While we enjoyed swimming there at the house, we explored other beaches as well. We loved Nokomis Beach which is just a short few miles away on Casey Key. We went to Siesta Key Beach which is close by as well and I have never seen such a huge beach! Lovely white sand and a popular location. We went to Venice as well which is about 10 minutes away. Lovely beach and a great small town for shopping. Lovely! We ate out at the two seafood restaurants that are in walking distance from the house and tried some others nearby as well. Communication with the homeowner was easy and so was check in. I would recommend this house and location. Beautiful area! We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views, beautiful house. The beach has washed away since our last stay, but we enjoyed ourselves anyway. Close to so many places! But, you feel like you are in your own oasis.

Amazing

This property exceeded my expectations by far!! Absolutely amazing home, beautiful landscape, and the shortest distance to the beach I have ever experienced! Just like any home there is going to be a few quirks but the property owner left very detailed notes which was extremely helpful and I wish all rental properties were that accommodating. I have never had a vacation this relaxing and we will absolutely be renting next year :)
