This is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath home on the second fairway of the Lakes Course in beautiful Princeville, Kauai. Enjoy the breathtaking views from literally EVERY room! Seriously--each room is like a 'Photograph'.. Split level design for entertainers delight.

Large living area and one of the master suites with a king size bed upstairs. Lovely screened in lanai overlooking mountain and waterfall views with flare of Hawaiiana Ambiance. Wonderful over-sized suite downstairs with its own private entrance. Both downstairs rooms face the golf course and open to patio overlooking lake views. Both of these rooms have their own bath and queen size beds. Relax on your own private patio while star gazing. There is plenty of extra room in the large oversized bedroom for us to set up a very comfortable airbed with linens. This is a great 4th bed if needed without using the living room. We have also just completed a complete kitchen remodel April 2018.

Other special features of this truly golf course home include tile floors throughout, vaulted ceilings, open floor plan with lots of windows and light.The house sits on a large lot that is fully landscaped for privacy and a tropical feeling with many floral, exotic palms, and fruit trees. This is equivalent of three hotel rooms but in a beautiful golf course frontage home for a fraction of the cost.

Lots of privacy for three couples or extended families. We will be leaving bikes, beach chairs, ice chest, games and much more for you and your guests enjoyment. There is a 2 acre park across the way with a volleyball net and lots of room for other outdoor activities. You are also in walking distance to the playground and shopping center. Great option in Princeville

We love staying in this part of Princeville for walking around and to Princeville Center. The property manager was wonderfully responsive. The house is not luxurious, but very cozy and comfortable.

Great property

Excellent location on the golf course. Home was stocked with all the necessary beach items for days of fun. The three bedroom/three bathrooms makes it great for large families. The rooms are spacious with plenty of cross flow for comfortable temps. The garage access makes keeping the house free of sand and toys easy! Lovely stay, we will be back.

This place was great. Had everything we wanted from sand toys to surf boards. The house was amazing and had everything we needed. The beaches were close and the tubing was amazing.

Great place, great hostess

The house was fantastic and in a great location. Rhonda was very helpful with recommendations for beaches, dining and activities. The prices were stale in the system and I am still trying to even up with Rhonda. Overall, a very good experience!

Beautiful property, beautiful location

We were a family of 4 and we liked this place a lot. In fact my little one complained it was too big (lol) . My hubby is already wanting to book this place again. It’s awesome that they have every water sports you can think of, We wish could have stayed longer. We really didn’t cook but, there are so many extra stuff that you’ll need for cooking that you can use. Clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive. . This place is highly recommended. I hope they don’t increase their price as it is fairly priced. 5 star plus....

Mark and I are over 25 year residents of South Lake Tahoe. I am from Southern Ca and Mark is from Lee, Mass. We have a 21yr old daughter in college and 24 yr old son who graduated Long Beach State with econ degree:) Mark is a painting, general contractor and Realtor for Coldwell Banker. I own a small tanning salon/clothing Boutique in Lake Tahoe and take care of my vacation rentals. We work hard, ski, boat and look forward to our trips to Kauai. We have 2 Chinese pugs, sun conure bird and firebelly toads.

We love the North Shore of kauai and princeville was a spectacular spot. We purchase our house kinda on accident and so glad we did! we love that we can share our home with others. Some day we will stay the majority of our year in Kauai.

The house is on a large lot with lots of mature foliage and fruit trees. we can walk from the house to Annini Beach, Princeville center, Basketball court, volleyball, playground, etc. Our home has all the comforts of home and is fully stocked down to the spice cabinet.
