You'll find the beautiful coral reef lite up below while you enjoy turtles swimming in shallow waters below and whales breach out past the reef during the winter months. This beautiful penthouse has a great upscale Hawaiian feel, highly upgraded and the best place to dis-connect and re-connect with family and friends! The owners live here part time and are always making sure that their place in paradise is delivering only the best in experiences for their friends, family and guests. Great stay in a beautiful property. Family of five (including three college/high school aged sons) was very comfortable and everyone loved the place. Lots of small touches (well stocked kitchen, games, beach supplies) in addition to the overall to the great location and views. Sitting on the lanai watching the ocean with a cup of coffee was a great way to start are day. If we make it back to Kauai, we're look to stay here again...

All I can say is amazing views and sunrise every morning. Super comfortable accommodations and a kitchen you can actually use. 11/10 will be staying again

I give this place the 3 P's:Perfection Princeville Paradise I can't wait to get back. The mornings were glorious sitting out on the lanai watching the sunrise. You couldn't ask for a better location and the host was outstanding. If you want that Aloha Island Spirit, you must stay at this place. Mahalo !!!!!!!!!

Very well appointed and spacious. Views were incredible. Well stocked with water activities and beach lounging gear. A very robust internet/wifi service. Location was perfect to get to our favorite beaches. Within 5 minute drive to market and shopping center.

Wonderful location, incredible views. Host provided very useful information about the area, along with a closet full of everything we could want for the beach! Condo was very spacious, plenty of room for our family of 5.

This place is amazing and better than advertised! My wife and I come to Kauai annually; it's our happy place. We've stayed at several other VRBO rentals throughout the North Shore. The Ocean suite beats them all. It is massive and immaculately appointed. The owners provide a book of referrals for food, activities, and more. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals throughout the stay. Additionally, the owners provide masks, snorkels, fins, beach chairs, surfboards...everything you need for a great time. One of my favorite parts of this suite is the million-dollar views. We were so incredibly happy staying in the Ocean suite. We had a little trouble checking in, but the owner quickly took care of us and resolved everything perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Bill!!

It is an excellent stay in an Amazing location. William was a great host and communicated well. It is probably one of our top five VRBO stays. We look forward to returning again.

Wonderful ocean view and hospitality

This condo has wonderful ocean view within a resort. Everything that we need for vacation is readily available. Love the decoration in it. Everything is great. Highly recommended!

Concur with all positive feedback. Beautiful views we could admire for days without leaving. We really enjoyed hiking down to little beach though you do want to time with high tide to enjoy the water. And the North Shore really is the best for native beauty and adventures. We will be back. :)

Great Escape

As somebody who has stayed in many condos in the Princeville area, this by far is our favorite. We look forward to returning. The condo was clean, had an incredible view from the lanai, and communication with the owner was great.

Amazing Property

Everything about the property was amazing, and as advertised or better. Views are spectacular, space was great for our family, kitchen well stocked for meals at home, and plenty of snorkel equipment for our whole family of 6. Appreciated the recommendations, especially the instructions for accessing the magical beach within walking distance of the property. Hope we can return someday again!
