This VRBO is absolutely amazing, nicest VRBO I have ever rented. Our family of 4 (2 college aged kids) stayed here for spring break and it exceeded our expectations. First of all, it really is even nicer than the photos. There are incredible views from the dining table, kitchen, living room and lanai. I loved sitting on the lanai drinking coffee, watching the sunrise, the birds, or the views. Second, the host is very helpful and provided us with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and activities that all proved to be great. Third, the kitchen is well stocked so we could easily have breakfast and lunch here when we wanted to. Lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Fourth, loved the location. It is so beautiful on the north shore and close to Hanalei which is adorable and has lots of good restaurants. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

Paradise at Orchid Point

This property is stunning. We celebrated our daughter's golden birthday. The three bathrooms were needed with our girls! The beds were comfortable, the homes amenities were outstanding. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing property

Great view of the ocean from balcony. Condo was clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Host was communicative and provided info that was very helpful for newcomers to Kaua'i. Highly recommended.

Incredible View

The pictures of the views from this property don't do it justice. It is an amazing location overlooking the ocean with a mountain view out of the other side of the house. We were able to see bright stars at night because the area is not very populated. It was a lovely home and comfortable bed and I would definitely recommend it! The owner was easy to communicate with as well.

Kaua'i Paradise

Truly amazing Princeville property with gorgeous sunrise views. Plenty of supplies and space to make your stay enjoyable. Host has excellent communication and we appreciate them sharing their place with us. It was very easy to unwind and relax, we are looking forward to staying here again.

This place is amazing! Exactly as described. Clean and comfortable, it really does have the best view in north Kauai! Bill and Cathy thought of everything in accommodations. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was truly fantastic. Loads of kitchen supplies. All sorts of beach equipment, enough for a big family. Spacious condo. Comfortable beds. We loved it here.

Wonderful stay in paradise

This property exceeded every expectation we had. The view alone was absolutely stunning. The accommodations were clean and stocked with everything one could possibly need. The owners anticipated everything one could want for a smooth stay in Kauai! From beach supplies to kitchen needs, everything was at your fingertips. We also loved the tips and suggestions given to us. Sea Lodge beach was a quiet, slice of heaven with good snorkeling! We ate at several restaurants that were suggested and went to a farmers market to enjoy the local produce. I would recommend this property to everyone I know traveling to Kauai!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

The Perfect Place

We are a family of four and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised and the owner was available to answer our questions. Even the the cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this spot and would absolutely rent it again. Clean, roomy, and excellent location. Five stars.

This is a beautiful property with an incomparable view, meticulously maintained. Our host, Bill, was so incredibly helpful and responsive. Condo was very comfortable, Well-maintained, and fully stocked with all you could need. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely condo with fantastic view

Beautiful, well-maintained condo. Clean, tidy, nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, including ice packs in the freezer (a big help!). Large lanai with a fantastic view. Only suggestion would be a king size bed in the master bedroom. Overall, thank you for a wonderful stay! John and Gail

Exceptional Property, amenities and hosts

The property itself is super clean and beautiful. It's is hard to capture the beauty and calmness of the view in the pictures online. The property is spacious and 1st class, Host provides lots of the items for a day at the beach for both adults and kids. Short drive to lots of restaurants and shops in Hanalie wich are all local/independent. We loved this place and when we make it back to Kauai this will be where we stay

Kauai family vacation

Extraordinary experience all around! Pictures truly do not do this place justice. It’s actually even a little roomier than I think photos portray. We had three boys 15-21. The owners were very helpful and the place had everything you could need. We will definitely return!
