Three friends in Sovicille (not Siena)

We stayed in Sovicille for one week (group of 3 friends). The original listing stated the property was located in Siena, which is part of what drew us to the listing. It was then changed after we booked the property. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and appliances. The grounds including lawn, garden, pool are all very well-maintained and inviting. Close to local grocery store but not much else that doesn’t require driving. Approximately 20 minutes from Siena. There are not really any accessible walking paths directly from the house that don’t require you to walk along the road. The air conditioners in the rooms are fairly weak (more like fans than true A/Cs) so it made it difficult to sleep on hot nights. The owner brought a table fan at our request. Overall our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this property if you don’t mind driving to get to towns and also that the listing accurately reflect the location at all times (Sovicille vs Siena).

Excellent séjour

La propriété est très agréable, climatisation. Le parc est très grand, la piscine également. C’est un endroit avec une vue magnifique, très calme pour se reposer. Sienne est à 10 mn en voiture, il y a des commerces de proximité à moins de 3 km. L’accueil est très chaleureux, rapide, sympathique. Formalités de départ très rapide. Un excellent séjour en Toscane.

Wonderful property in Tuscany!!!!! :-)

The property is wonderful, the garden and pool area is beautifully maintained. Very nicely finished. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Very panoramic location.

Amazing property, with ideal location

The property was amazing. It was an ideal location. Close to Siena and an idea location for exploring all the different areas within Tuscany. The property is clean, well kept and beautiful decorated. The grounds and the pool are also beautiful. I would recommend this property for sure.

Peaceful Tuscan setting

We stayed here for the first week of September. It's a beautiful old farmhouse that has been updated with modern kitchen and bathrooms. We loved that they kept the wood beams and old stone walls. The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped for making dinners at home. The owners (a lovely family) were so sweet and even left us fresh fruit, a bottle of Prosecco and bottles of water. The landscaping was beautiful! The grass was so green and the flowers so bright and tons of fruit trees. We also loved taking dips in the pool every morning. There were two outdoor patios and a wood grill. We were only a 15 minute drive from Siena which is an awesome medieval town. All in all, a lovely vacation and I wish we were still there. Demetra, Mark, Don and Susan
