Located in the desirable North Cape San Blas area, Shorecrest on the Cape offers a tranquil setting with a private heated pool and two screened porches that invite you to unwind with clear Gulf views. The sugar-white beaches are just a relaxed seven-minute walk away. Additionally, the owners have contracted with Hakuna Matata Beach Services who will set up 1 set of beach chairs for you to use during your stay! Enhance your stay with $300 in adventure gear rental to make the most of your time by the beach.

- Inverted floor plan designed for the best scenic daytime views.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.
- Indulge in a heated pool! Contact us to upgrade to a heated pool. Please note, pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature.
-Complimentary beach sets consisting of 2 foldout chairs with 1 umbrella are offered per reservation between Jan 5-Nov 30 of 2025 weather permitting, and complimentary set up and breakdown. The chairs will be set up and broken down daily from 9AM-5PM CST.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
