Wright Square Loft: Amazing Unit A in Downtown Savannah With Great Views!

Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo with a wall of windows overlooking Wright Square. This location is steps from all the best fine dining restaurants Savannah has to offer, as well as museums, casual restaurants, boutiques, specialty stores, bars, day spas and historic landmarks.

The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with marble counter tops which is open to a great dining room and living room with leather sectional sofa. The back bedroom has a Queen bed and nice bathroom next door off the hallway. The master bedroom at the front of the unit has a King bed, a lovely en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Conveniently, you will have a private laundry room with Whirlpool front loader washer and dryer. The building has coded entry from street level into the lobby stairwell area. This unit is on floor 2 of a 2 story building and there is no elevator so this is unsuitable for anyone who cannot walk up stairs. Parking is on-street and meters are best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app on your phone. Or by paying one of the several public parking garages within a 3 block radius directly.

We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small $15 flat fee to use our access card. If you do not wish to use our garage card or have additional vehicles, all day parking on street and at select parking garages is best handled by downloading the ParkSavannah App to pay for any numbered space through an app of your phone.

Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. We had a great experience. House was exactly how it was shown in the photos. The street light is very bright outside the master bedroom however after walking around all day we had no trouble sleeping. We travel with a noise machine we had no problems with outside noise. We had a rainy afternoon and opening all the blinds and looking outside was very relaxing. We look forward to our next stay. Perfect location to all the attraction’s.

When you first enter the building, it is musty smelling and you may think twice about staying, but entering the condo it is very nice and no bad smells. The parking garage is not far and that is very nice as parking is very much a challenge.

Wonderful location in the historic section of Savannah. Easy walking distance to great food, historic locations and the river. Great facilities and everything you need to have a great stay. Loved master bath with its multiple showers and great spacious living area

The town house is in a great location and was perfect for our weekend in Savannah. We were able to easily walk from the town house to the river and over to Forsyth Square. The two bedrooms and living space were clean and well Maintained. We would certainly consider booking again.

The listing is very accurate. There is a binder of recommendations on the counter which helped in finding local treasures. This location made walking the historic district a breeze.

Property is ideally located in the historic district, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Just a couple of things you need to know. We had a light switch issue, only to find out after checking all possible answers. That there are TWO SEPERATE FUSE PANELS, one in the master bedroom closet and the other in the laundry room. There seems to be a couple of raised floorboards in the master bedroom. The faucet handles may be backwards (not sure on this). And some of the drawer pulls and knobs need to be tightened down. Lastly, there are 23 stairs leading up to the second floor, they are carpeted and nicely wide. Loved Savanah, and will be back.

We had a great stay! Clean, plenty of space, great location, parking ramp was a plus, and would stay again. Bonus, the couch was super comfortable to chill and watch a movie at the end of the night. Loved the natural lighting with the big windows too.

Wow, what an amazing place. The location was perfect, literally a 0.5 mile walk to EVERYTHING! Unfortunately, it rained every day we were there but thankfully, not a heavy rain so we were still able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place for beauty and location.

Was a wonderful place for my family on our first trip to Savannah. Place was exactly as pictured, with the apartment overlooking Wright square. We ate out the entire time, but there was plenty of cookware and whatever you might need there. Beds were super comfortable. Main bath was really nice. As far as the area, I never felt unsafe or where I was not comfortable letting my college age daughters walk up to the bistro or coffee shop by themselves. My wife had to leave and return home due to unfortunate circumstances after one night, so I plan to make this trip a do over so she can come back and enjoy the things in Savannah she looked forward to. I hope we will be able to book this apartment again. Thank you!

This is a wonderful property for a visit to Savannah. It was a mother/daughter first visit to Savannah and we were so pleased. The location couldn't be better. We were in the center of the historic district with walkable access to everything. The apartment itself is great. The decor is pleasing and very modern. One big plus is the number of outlets available everywhere. The kitchen is amazing with everything you could possibly need. It's beautiful and so functional. Love the big dining table with a view of Wright Square. Our host was friendly, accessible and so responsive-another big plus. The two bedrooms are furnished perfectly with a lot of closet space. The master bath is incredible. This property has so many great amenities - it's hard to list them all. We loved it so much - we hope to return to Savannah soon and we will book this same property.
