The condo was stunning, and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The only challenge we had was climbing up the stairs to the unit. For younger people, it’s perfect. For older people (70 ), the stairs can be difficult. Everything else was perfect.

We had a great experience. House was exactly how it was shown in the photos. The street light is very bright outside the master bedroom however after walking around all day we had no trouble sleeping. We travel with a noise machine we had no problems with outside noise. We had a rainy afternoon and opening all the blinds and looking outside was very relaxing. We look forward to our next stay. Perfect location to all the attraction’s.

Place was really nice and in great location for walking distance. We had a few things pop up such as the rug under the dining room table having pieces of lettuce and rice under it. We did find a bug which they call a palmetto bug as soon as we checked in by the table but after that didn’t find anything. The master bedroom leaked when rained. Good thing we didn’t have anything under that window. Beds were comfy showers and bathrooms were in good condition. Kitchen was clean. The windows were old so they did not block out sound so even at night you heard all the trolleys and traffic outside of the apt. If you have little kids would t recommend staying here.

Savannah's Landmark Historic District has rules for preservation of the buildings. The windows that are "so old" are one of the protected architectural features. Single pane glass and wood frame windows were the original and must be retained per the preservation laws. No owner is allowed to replace those windows with modern materials. The building just replaced the roof, which should eliminate leaks. Thank you for staying!

Wonderful location in the historic section of Savannah. Easy walking distance to great food, historic locations and the river. Great facilities and everything you need to have a great stay. Loved master bath with its multiple showers and great spacious living area

Beautiful property in a central location to everything, outfitted with everything you will need. Definitely will visit again, one of the best rentals we have done while traveling the world.

When you first enter the building, it is musty smelling and you may think twice about staying, but entering the condo it is very nice and no bad smells. The parking garage is not far and that is very nice as parking is very much a challenge.

The town house is in a great location and was perfect for our weekend in Savannah. We were able to easily walk from the town house to the river and over to Forsyth Square. The two bedrooms and living space were clean and well Maintained. We would certainly consider booking again.

The listing is very accurate. There is a binder of recommendations on the counter which helped in finding local treasures. This location made walking the historic district a breeze.

We had a great stay! Clean, plenty of space, great location, parking ramp was a plus, and would stay again. Bonus, the couch was super comfortable to chill and watch a movie at the end of the night. Loved the natural lighting with the big windows too.

Wow, what an amazing place. The location was perfect, literally a 0.5 mile walk to EVERYTHING! Unfortunately, it rained every day we were there but thankfully, not a heavy rain so we were still able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this place for beauty and location.

Property is ideally located in the historic district, with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Just a couple of things you need to know. We had a light switch issue, only to find out after checking all possible answers. That there are TWO SEPERATE FUSE PANELS, one in the master bedroom closet and the other in the laundry room. There seems to be a couple of raised floorboards in the master bedroom. The faucet handles may be backwards (not sure on this). And some of the drawer pulls and knobs need to be tightened down. Lastly, there are 23 stairs leading up to the second floor, they are carpeted and nicely wide. Loved Savanah, and will be back.

Girls’ Trip

We loved staying in this VRBO. It was beautifully updated, in a great location, and the beds were super comfy. We would all love to stay here again.

Was a wonderful place for my family on our first trip to Savannah. Place was exactly as pictured, with the apartment overlooking Wright square. We ate out the entire time, but there was plenty of cookware and whatever you might need there. Beds were super comfortable. Main bath was really nice. As far as the area, I never felt unsafe or where I was not comfortable letting my college age daughters walk up to the bistro or coffee shop by themselves. My wife had to leave and return home due to unfortunate circumstances after one night, so I plan to make this trip a do over so she can come back and enjoy the things in Savannah she looked forward to. I hope we will be able to book this apartment again. Thank you!
