This is a wonderful condo. Can't get a better location for touring Savannah and a variety of great places to eat. Yu was wonderful with communication and assisting with one concern we had. Would recommend!

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is perfect for exploring all of historic downtown, whether you’re wanting to shop along Broughton, check out River Street, or hop on a trolley to visit the squares. The listing was just as described, clean, comfortable, and great communication from the host. The building itself was not without its quirks (namely a dicey elevator, haha), but that’s to be expected in an older building. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great space with comfortable beds and roomy kitchen/living room. Easy walk to museums, shops, restaurants and river street. The assigned parking in Whittaker St garage was a big bonus.

Cannot really be in a better location for a visit to Savannah - between Telfair square and Ellis square, about a 5 min walk to the riverfront and about 10 mins to Forsyth park. Right off Broughton with all the restaurants, shops, sights, but not facing Broughton so that it’s not loud. The apartment was clean and historic, with beautiful exposed brick and beams. Check-in was easy and parking was much better than expected with the private space in a garage. The space is 3-4 min walk so not bad at all. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

The most important property feature might be it's superior location. Close to most everything: SCAD, Broughton St., Bull St., River St...If your travel focus is on Savannah, you won't spend much time in the apartment, but when you're there, the beds are comfy, showers are easy to use, the living area is cool with exposed brick and beams. Parking is a nice bonus, if you need it. The host was exceptionally easy to get in touch with and very responsive. From what we've read, the only rub is if the elevator goes out! It's on the top (4th) floor, but we had no issue.

Great location. Beautiful place. The penthouse was quiet. They had coffee pot and coffee if you do not want to walk to the 5 or more coffee shops in a couple block radius. Parking is great and if you have more than one vehicle the second vehicle can pay to stay in the same garage. We walked most places and only had to get the vehicle out once for a day trip to Tybee Island. The place has an old Savannah feel with modern comforts.

Perfect Savannah Stay

Fantastic, central, well appointed property in old town Savannah. Our family of 5 were comfortable, and able to walk out the door and immerse ourselves in Savannah’s beauty and history. The allocated park was great, and check in was seamless. Couldn’t recommend this property enough.

Lovely space

A girls trip and we really appreciated the two bed, two bathroom space. Everything was comfortable and spacious. There were others staying in the building yet it was very quiet. Highly recommend!

Cool vibe, perfect location!

This downtown, loft style home was everything we wanted and needed for our stay. The location was ultra convenient and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and having a reserved parking spot in a covered garage was a plus! (Once we arrived and unloaded our car, we parked it in the garage and didn't need it after that!) Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo, if we would have, it had everything we would want or need and the communication with our host was always timely and effective. We will most definitely stay here again!!

After a bit of a snafu on the first night we were able to check in the next morning early. Property is in a great location and is quiet. The unit is clean and very well stocked. Everything is comfy and feels like home. Property owner is friendly and easy to reach. Parking is an added plus as it can cost an additional 100 for a weekend stay in the same garage. Do not park in the USPS parking lot to unload! You will get towed within 30 minutes and it is a 300 fee! Overall even though we had an issue Friday night we would still stay here again!

Fantastic penthouse. Very cool southern feel. 4 coffee shops within a block - can’t get much better than that! We will definitely stay again.
