Welcome to Twin Palms 1002

Our condo is a two-bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. You’ll find the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches to be wonderful. We like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Sometimes it seems like there close enough to touch. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort in a nautical color theme. We also wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. In other words, make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment:

• Kitchen has granite counter tops with a stainless-steel double sink and disposal
• Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and a TV/DVD player, and gulf view with balcony access
• Master Bath has a walk-in shower and vanity
• 2nd bedroom has 2 Full Size beds and a TV/DVD player
• The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
• There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
• There is washer/dryer conveniently located in the unit

The condo was perfect! We had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! I was perfectly content to stay on the balcony for almost our entire stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Just what I needed.

I needed a very calm and relaxing vacation and it was. The condo was very nice and clean. Very comfortable, almost like home. We enjoyed our stay very much and I will be looking into booking this condo again in the future. Thank you for giving us a perfect vacation!!

Dreamy!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The view from the huge 10th floor balcony was dreamy. The outside closet had all we needed for the beach which was very easy to get to. A great stay!!!

Beautiful condo

When we arrived the parking was a little tricky for us a we have a Chevy 2500. The location is in the heart of the busy. Things to do all around. Now the bed in the master killed me as it is hard and you can almost feel the springs. Other than that the condo was amazing with an amazing view.

Great 1st time in Florida

I enjoyed this place very much. It was clean, smelled good and it was accurate to the pictures. The balcony was our favorite place. We had breakfast and dinner there. Enjoyed fireworks. The morning views of the storms that were coming thru was absolutely breathtaking with rainbows. I could go on and on about how much I enjoyed during my stay.

From booking to checkout this rental has been a fantastic choice. Questions were answered promptly. Space was clean and there was plenty of room. Beach access was amazing and pool design was awesome. We will plan on returning to this rental in the future. Thanks to our great hosts!!

It was paradise!

The condo was wonderful!! The Devore was very fresh and tasteful. We had plenty of room. There was a little bit of noise from neighbors, but that’s condo life. We were close to everything. But the absolute best parts of the stay was the large balcony and the amazing beach!!! I loved it and I would stay again!

Family vacation

Great property. We found multiple chairs for the property as well that was very nice for the beach along with a wagon to tote them on the beach. The only thing that was bad was the masters tub was clogged pretty bad and the canopy for the beach that was left in the property was broken when we went to put it up, but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. 😊

Beautiful condo and location

This was a great stay! The only issue is trying to contact the management company for issues/services. They never answered the phone and never returned any of my voicemails. But overall we had a great stay and the location on the beach was perfect. The condo was nice, clean, and spacious as listed. Would definitely stay again, but the communication with management needs improvement.

So clean and comfy!

We picked this condo because we love the building & location. We were even more excited when we got into the condo because it was so clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we could hope for cooking and the appliances were updated. The condo is spacious and both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. My only recommendation is that the couches need to be updated. They were a little worn out, but nothing that would stop us from staying there again. It was truly a beautiful condo.

Wonderful place!

The condo is beautiful! Lived up to our expectations. Only problem that we found was the carpets are absolutely filthy. Always had to shoes on. If not, our feet were black from the filthy carpet. Other than that, everything was fantastic! Well stocked kitchen. Overall building was clean. Location is perfect. You’re steps away from the beach.

Fabulous property!

I have been coming down to PCB for 30 years, staying at different places each time. This property is one of the best. It is an absolutely beautiful unit. I was pleasantly surprised by the updates made to it after the pictures were taken for the Brno listing. The kitchen now has a beautiful tile backsplash. The living room furniture was new and the unit was freshly painted. It was clean and nicely maintained. I would recommend Best Beach Getaways to anyone. The view to the ocean was gorgeous. The property amenities were wonderful. There was never more than a minute wait for the elevator. Parking was ample. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place. I will definitely book this property again!

Great Condo! Will stay again

The condo was super clean. We had everything we needed. I have rented a lot of condos in PCB but this one went above and beyond in attention to details. The condo was stocked with nice dishes and every utensil an appliance you would ever need. Little touches like a really nice library were nice too. Great overall experience. The only issue we had was no fault of the condo. We were unaware that chair rentals on the beach were $40. We would have brought some chairs if we had known. There was also a lot of noise from repairs of other condos going on and from the sprinkler repairs in the garage. Again, this had nothing to do with the condo itself and we would rent again. Had a great time! Thanks

Worst maintenance and security

First let me say we’ve enjoyed twin palms for years. This year was terrible. First I had several maintenance issues including flooding and a broken washing machine. It took maintenance an ent day to even respond. Then the most important warning I have to families with girls/women in their party!!! Beware of male staff. My daughter was sexually assaulted verbally by a worker as well as some other females in the condominium. And when reported to management nothing was done. When you go on vacation you expect to feel safe where you are staying. This guy took my daughter’s security away from her and she was scared the rest of the trip. After years of staying at twin palms sadly we will not be back

Amazing Condo, No complaints

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here. The floor plan had plenty of room, and everything from the dishes to the rooms were very clean. They even provided a fridge with an ice maker and water dispenser so we did not have to purchase plastic water bottles during our stay. The balcony was huge and had a great view of the ocean. It was a very short distance to the beach, which made it easy when carrying our beach supplies. The parking garage is right below the condos which was also convenient to get in and out. The elevators were super speedy. The pool and hot tub were both clean and nice. The rooms also had plenty of storage places for clothing and bathroom supplies. The sizes of the room were perfect, the cleanliness of the furniture was pleasing, and the condo even provides books and board games for their guests. Walking distance to Pineapple Willy’s, and it also had several other restaurants across the street. The shower heads also had great pressure. Overall, we have stayed in many places all along PCB shores, and this has been our favorite so far. It truly had a “home” feel. Thank ya’ll for sharing your home with us. We will be back! P.S the beach was also beautiful, clear water, and provided great weather! Great spot. (:

Loved it!

I loved the condo. It was spacious, clean upon arrival, great view and overall just good! I was happy to have cups, plates, utensils since we cooked more for our stay this year & everything worked as it should! The only negative I would have to say is didn’t like that I coupd see other balconies put guess that what happens when condos are close together. I would stay here again!
