Our stay was lovely. The condo is roomy, nicely-kept, and well-appointed. The parking space is very close to the elevator, making access quick and easy. The elevator is not far from the condo door as well, making beach access quick and easy also. We found the kitchen to have all that we needed for cooking meals (cutting board, Keurig, regular coffee maker, air fryer, colander, and much more). Communication from the owners was clear and timely. It was a great place and a great stay!

We had a great stay! The condo looked just like the pictures on VRBO, the views from the 20th floor were amazing along with the size of the patio! The beach is clean as well as the grounds and parking garage. Everything was great we would recommend this condo to other family members and friends.The owners were quick with responding to any questions we had before our arrival.

Great spot close to pier park and quick access to the beach. Be aware that it’s on the 20th floor if you’re afraid of heights like me lol

We had a wonderful stay at this condo for our beach trip! The check-in and check-out process was super easy and stress-free. The condo was very clean, beautifully kept, and the views were absolutely gorgeous. Communication was also great — they were easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Communication is top tier! The condo was very clean and had the best views. Location was perfect! The water pressure in the showers were pleasantly surprising and the condo stayed cool the whole time! The indoor and outdoor pool were very nice. Would recommend to everyone, and plan to return!

The condo location is great. Near all that PCB offers, most within walking distance. We booked a fun fishing trip, visited ZooWorld and ate scrumptious seafood at many choice restaurants and pastries from Parlor Doughnuts. The views from this condo’s ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS PRIVATE BALCONY and the WONDERFUL amount of space are incredible. You can catch lovely sun from noon till it sets most comfortably from the balcony. The beach is clean and the wildlife you get to see are beautiful. All amenities you need are furnished and the elevators are incredibly fast. David is a great communicator and responds quickly to any question you may have. This was our second visit this year and we plan on returning soon. I highly recommend this condo. Book your trip, you won’t be disappointed .

The whole adventure was awesome. Great communication with the host, facility staff were cordial and friendly, facility and grounds were very clean, location was perfect, and the timing was excellent (not busy yet). My family consists of my wife and myself, our special needs adult daughter, and her service animal.

I’ve never stayed at Ocean Reef before but overall loved it! I didn’t love staying so far down but we were close to pier park & easily enjoyed Runaway 2 times!! David was the best, & also got to have early check in. The view was beautiful!! It was just me & my sister for our annual girls trip but having 2 bathrooms getting ready to go out was amazing!!

Condo as advertised. Nice location in PCB with great patio overlooking the Gulf. Walking distance to Runaway Island. Host was easy to reach. Recommend if looking for a place in PCB for your family.

David is a great communicator and was available quickly. His condo is exceptionally clean and the location is Fabulous! We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony everyday! This condo has all the amenities you need for a fair price. We’ve already booked our return trip. As a bonus we saw dolphins and a manatee on this trip! The military flyboys are pretty cool too!

Great condo in a great location. We loved relaxing on the giant patio looking out at the amazing view. The pools and beach area were never very crowded (mid-July) like some of the other places we’ve stayed at before in PCB. We would definitely stay again!
