Lakefront, sleeps 6-14, 20 min to Fayetteville. Family lake time!

A great, quiet spot for the whole family whether you enjoy skiing, fishing or just some peace and quiet. When we remodeled this 7,200 square foot home in 2017, we chose to have the option to lock off and rent a portion of both the downstairs and upstairs. The downstairs has a fully functional kitchen, living room, dining room, a master bedroom with a King bed, a bedroom with two twin beds, one bath, a queen sleeper sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The upstairs has 8 more beds, another fully functional kitchen and full bath; foosball and air hockey table, sitting area and PS2 game console. NOTE: PRICE VARIES DEPENDING ON THE SPACE YOU REQUIRE. THE PRICE QUOTED IS ONLY FOR THE DOWNSTAIRS. IF YOU NEED THE UPSTAIRS AREA, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL EDIT THE QUOTE TO INCLUDE THE EXTRA SPACE AND CLEANING FEE. If you do not need the additional space upstairs, it is not rented separately, so it will be locked off. The section of the house that is not available on VRBO (the remaining 4,200 square feet) is never rented and only used by our family as a vacation home. There are separate entrances for the "VRBO section' and owner's home and there is no shared space. All the pictures posted of living space on the VRBO website for this property is the space that is available solely to guests who are renting the property.
Off the deck, there is a charcoal grill with sitting area and a beautiful view of Beaver Lake. The private dock (shared with one other family) and swim platform is a 3-4 minute walk from the front door, in the same cove as the Blue Springs launching ramp. Perfect for Razorback ball game weekends since it's 20 minutes from the Fayetteville city limits, War Eagle Craft Fair weekend (20 minute drive), Bikes, Blues and BBQ, or any event in the Northwest Arkansas area---the possibilities are endless! The closest grocery store is just a short 7 minute drive to Springdale, Arkansas. Quaint Eureka Springs is a 40 minute drive.

Great place!

The property was great for a place to stay by the lake. The upstairs bunk room was large and gave us plenty of beds for our family. Everything else was in great condition and easy to figure out. We would like to visit again!

Parents Weekend

The property was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting and looking at the lake and a whole family of deer. Hosts were extremely accommodating and very nice.

Peaceful lakeside getaway

We had a wonderful trip by the lake. The house was great for our group with a bunk room upstairs. Nice view of the lake and a large fire pit with ample seating. Well stocked kitchen with multiple pots and pans and lots of countertops space. The house has great layout!

Great house!

We had a great time at this lake house! The host were so wonderful and very quick to respond to any inquiries or calls. The house was clean and everything was so comfortable. We had plenty of space for our group and a ton of stuff for all of the teens to do. I would absolutely recommend this lake house and definitely stay here again.

Great host, great house, great activities

We rented the upstairs and downstairs. It was a great place to share with my brother's family; having the downstairs for adults and kids upstairs. Pam was a great host. I really appreciated her communication and hospitality. The boat dock was nice to have and to swim from, though it is a short walk. The lighted tennis court was nice. We didn't get a chance to use the paddle board and float pad, but they looked nice.

Great spot

The house is in a beautiful little area with a huge lawn/field, deer everywhere, and a tennis court in the middle. We spent the whole day playing pickleball then going down to the lake And jumping in to refresh ourselves, then repeat. Great spot for our football weekend to watch BYU take down the razorbacks👍

Great Country Getaway

Pam & Tom were excellent hosts with lots of rapid communication of many questions that we had prior to arriving. Everything was as explained. It was perfect for our UArk Graduation Weekend. Highly recommend. PS. Jordan appreciated the graduation gift. Woo Pig!

Beautiful scenery

This home is better than the pictures. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised when we showed up. The home is located on the water and has beautiful farmland surrounding it. The kitchen it fully stocked with everything you’d need. My family felt very much at home. Thank you

Arkansas family getaway

Our family had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful home by the lake! We took our family of 9, a friend, and my in laws, and there was more than enough room for everyone to sleep, relax, spread out, play games, watch movies etc. We were in town for baseball tournaments, and this was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the lake, the tennis courts, and the game room either before or after a long day of ball games. We spent a full day on the lake fishing and swimming from the dock and the kids had a blast on the paddle board, and lily pad. We would highly recommend this lake house for a beautiful retreat for your family! We hope to go back one day!

Great stay on Beaver Lake

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We had a large family and the house was very nice and spacious. We had a nice welcome basket and the puppy enjoyed the snacks. The owner was super responsive. We loved swimming at the dock and the kids enjoyed catching some small fish at the lake. The entire property was amazing and we played tennis and basketball on the courts during the day and at night. Amazing that the courts were lit so we could sit and watch the kids play basketball in the evening and enjoy a cold drink. Perfect spot for a vacation. Thank you and we would definitely spend time in the home again.

Little slice of heaven

We needed a nice get away from the busy hustle and bustle of life. This is what we got here 💜 Not even sure where to start, the property itself is gorgeous and the wildlife made it even more so. I've never seen so many armadillos! Lake was gorgeous, just wish I had been better prepared to rent a boat in the area. House was very well stocked and beds comfy. Memories were made and it was a bittersweet ending as the visit was just an escape until he and I can meet again. Thank you very much to the Stocklands for renting us such a beautiful place. I'd love to return again.

Great family time at the lake!

The lake house was perfect for our family! Our sons attend U of A and drove out everyday after class to fish and have dinner with us!! The boys and my husband fished off of the swim deck and caught one fish after another. My oldest son caught an 18lb striper bass! The house was extremely clean and well stocked, we cooked every night. The fire pit was amazing! The Stockland’s are excellent communicators and gave amazing directions and tips. We will definitely be coming back!

Great place, great owners

The home and property were just as advertised. We found the set up to be perfect for our needs. I'd love to come back after all of the trees begin to bloom and regrow their leaves. We had never been to northwest AR, and this place was a perfect sampling of how beautiful the area is. I wish I would have brought my boat so we could have enjoyed the lake more. We also really appreciated the hospitality of the owners. We have used vrbo a number of times, and these folks were as good as anywhere we've been. We are usually very low maintenance renters, but sure enough we ending up needing some help from the owners (self-imposed problem), and they were very gracious and took care of us right away. These are good people. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful house and view, wonderful host!!

We rented this house for a weekend stay in Springdale for our sons baseball games. Prior to arriving we received check-in details and the host/hostess had addressed any questions we had. Upon arriving we were greeted by a yard full of deer, it was a beautiful site!! We received a welcome bag that was much appreciated, thank you!! We rented the additional upstairs since it was cold outside and the kids had a blast and loved having their own hangout spot. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook a big breakfast and supper. The boys loved the view of the lake and walked around some. Unfortunately, the fields in Springdale were wet and we ended up spending more time traveling to Missouri than we expected. We would have loved more time at the property and will definitely be back. The host/hostess were easy to get ahold of and were absolutely delightful. Thank you again for opening your beautiful home to us!!

Summer fun

Great property and the river/lake was great. Hill is a killer though...lol. Did not know there would be other people there. Especially with the costs, we feel like this information should have been disclosed up front. As a parents to 7 children, we use vrbo because we know our kids are kids. We choose to stay at vrbos so that we are away from other people, and our kids can be noisy and free to be kids, unlike hotels. The big dogs barking startled our little dog as well as our youngest two children several times because there is just a thin door between the two parts of the house. Other than that we had a peaceful, great, fun trip for all ages. I would still stay again, even knowing there were people there, they did not bother us other than the dogs, and dogs will be dogs. Thanks.

Family Retreat a Huge Success

This home was perfect for our family retreat. There were 11 adults and one small child and with rent of the upstairs bunk room, we had plenty of beds and room to spread out. There is a bunk room kitchen with a full size refrigerator and a coffee maker. The downstairs kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes and pots and pans aplenty. The host was very prompt in answering a question we had once we got there. The home is very centrally located to War Eagle Fair and Springdale. You do have to leave the paved road for just a couple of miles, so I just wanted to point this out so that you don't think that you are lost. Also the GPS does not tell you to TURN RIGHT IMMEDIATELY after going the through the gate, so follow the owner's directions on this. The home was very clean and has top quality bed linens. We saw several deer in both the front and backyards. We enjoyed the fire pit and roasted marshmallows there. We hope to rent this again during the summer and take advantage of the close proximity to the lake. The view of Beaver Lake is spectacular!

Upstairs Locked And Unoccupied? Not This Time

My wife and I booked the downstairs portion of this nice property for the entire month of March. The VRBO listing indicates that an upstairs room will remain locked and unoccupied during a downstairs stay. Our first 17 days on the property were pleasant. On the 18th day, however, we were notified that a neighboring coach’s youth basketball team (16 year old boys) was on its way to bunk in the upstairs room that we had not rented. Although the initial text message only referenced the weekend, we counted up to seven boys coming and going over the next eight days. My wife and I are of the opinion that, with a nearby metropolitan region of over 500,000 people, the prominent citizens involved in this matter should have been able to find other reasonable accommodations for the team without invading our privacy and violating the terms of the owners’ VRBO listing. After this experience, we will not book any Northwest Arkansas homes that report having more than one possible living area.

Perfect for a large family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tennis court was a big hit with the kids and the kitchen was a big hit with me! Perhaps most importantly, after accidentally leaving a container of some very strong post-op meds, their cleaning lady locked them away and the owner (who was out of town) then coordinated with her neighbor to get it back to me quickly. It was such a relief to know we stayed where we could fully trust the entire crew. Can’t wait to book again!

Our home sits in a quiet cove, but you are only minutes from local grocery stores, a 20 minute drive to Fayetteville, home of the Razorbacks, our famous Farmer's Market on the historic Fayetteville Square, museums, state parks and of course Southern Hospitality! The lake views are breathtaking year round.

A left out of our cove takes you out into the White River where you can paddle alongside majestic bluffs and a right out of the cove takes you into Beaver Lake with several marinas available for all sorts of fishing and water sport activities. Boat rental available at some marinas on the lake. If you play tennis, there is a tennis court on our property directly across from the house.
