Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you had a great stay and found the property comfortable and relaxing, and that you enjoyed the peaceful setting and lake views. We appreciate your note regarding the pet fee. As it is part of the reservation at the time of booking, it is typically non-refundable, but we understand how that could be disappointing if plans change. Your feedback about the access to the lake is also very helpful, and we’ll be sure to share this with our team as we continue to look for ways to improve the guest experience. We’d be happy to host you again anytime.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s great to hear you found the property spacious and suitable overall for your group. We also appreciate your comments on areas for improvement. We understand the concern regarding bed configuration and will take this into consideration for better guest flexibility in future arrangements. Your note about lawn maintenance has been shared with the team so it can be reviewed and improved as needed. We’ll also look into the condition of kitchen cookware to ensure items are kept in better standard for guest use. Regarding the game room access, we’re reviewing what caused the delay so we can prevent similar issues moving forward and ensure all amenities are accessible throughout the stay. Your input is valuable in helping us improve the overall guest experience.
