Christmas in Breck

The property was amazing and our hosts (The Norris Family) were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Family Trip

Bill and Laurie’s home was wonderful for our family’s first time to Breckenridge. The location was great - within walking distance to Main Street as well as some walking/hiking trails. Their home had everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. We loved the outdoor patio with scenic views of the mountains.

Get away

Great location to downtown, close to all restaurant's and local markets. If you're skiing your located within walking distance to some of the lifts.

Very nice place in strategic location

Nice place, no real complaints to note. It's close to everything we wanted to do so that was very convenient. Only disappointment was, there appeared to be a welcoming bottle of wine setup with glasses etc., just no bottle of wine (?)...

Beautiful condo, excellent location!

Thank you Bill and Laurie for sharing your amazing condo! We felt so comfortable during our stay. This condo had the exact cozy mountain vibe we were looking for. Our out of town guests were very impressed. Bill and Laurie made sure that we got in ok and had everything we needed. We will be back!!

Has everything you need

Very clean and well kept. Has everything you need to have a great time. From pizza cutter to bagel toaster. There is a hot tub available. There is a washer and dryer for accidents with small children. Walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Would definitely recommend! Would stay again.

Great Week in Colorado!

This property is amazing! We loved everything about it. Bill and Laurie Norris are fantastic hosts! A bottle of wine was waiting for us on the kitchen counter upon arrival. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could ever need. The location is awesome. Just steps from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. Thank you Bill and Laurie for hosting our week in Colorado. Your beautiful condo made our trip a ten!

First Class Ski Christmas

5-Star condo was not just walking close to Mountain Village, Breck Main Street & the Quicksilver Super hair, it is equipped for living. And was decorated for a pleasant Christmas atmosphere.

Beautiful Mountain Condo!

The condo was absolutely perfect! We stayed here for our annual Thanksgiving, ski/snowboard trip. Very clean, wonderful ambiance, walking distance to town, nice size bedrooms/bathrooms, and a fantastic view of the slopes! We cooked a Thanksgiving Day dinner here, and the kitchen is EXTREMELY well stocked! Bill and Laurie were responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Breck Condo

Fantastic condo, very clean, great owners who communicate well. Close to everything you need in town. Loved the ski valet that comes with the rental. Would come here again.

Perfect!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, well equipped condo. It’s location was perfect, enabling us to get around town with ease without a car. Bill and Laurie were readily available by phone making sure our check in and departure went smoothly. If I’m lucky enough to ever return to Breck,I know where I’ll stay!

Get ready for the slopes! Quiet, comfortable, and convenient!!!

This is the second year we stayed at this condo. The condo is so convenient to everything. Even though the condo comes with a heated garage, you really don't need a car (the free shuttle is so close). We love the condo and the views are really great. We had a foot of snow and the skiing was excellent. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

Fantastic owners, location and property! We loved it!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation staying at this property! Warm, cozy, and great location to everything. So many extras and the owners were the best people to us! Incredible Family Vacation

What an incredible home we were invited to stay in - the accommodations were fantastic, 3 large bedrooms, super comfy beds. The pantry was so well stocked, we truly felt at home. The grill on the porch was a huge plus! Laurie checked in with us the day before we arrived and was available while we were there. A wonderful bottle of wine to greet us - I don't know how much more they could have done. We came from CA, CT and VT and all agreed that it was an exceptional trip!
