This penthouse condo is very nice, Randy the host is excellent at communicating with you about your stay or any questions you might have, also provided a list of restaurants and attractions or the area. The condo was very clean. The views of the beach and ocean can not be beat from the balcony. It is beautiful.

It’s hard to impress me but this condo did! The cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at. Remarkable master suite bathroom shower to die for. Shower while looking at the ocean. Also this condo had so many extra items that were very meaningful

Fantastic condo and the owner left us a gift basket with a welcoming. Unlike every other condo I've stayed in, this one had real paper products, l o l. The view was awesome and the sunrise was spectacular. We have never seen so many stingrays playing in the surf.

The place was great! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and plenty of things. Great condo, and they were great to work with.

Just right, as we enjoyed views and local restaurants. The private beaches to the West are not to be missed...thanks Randy!!!

The condo was exactly how it was described in the listing. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the flowers, wine and snacks were an added bonus! It was one of the most well stocked condos we have ever stayed at. It was our first time to visit Navarre as well. We will definitely be coming back, and this will be the place we stay!

This condo was total bliss! The views were breathtaking, it was stocked with everything you could think of needing. The owners were very responsive. We had a lovely stay and can’t wait to return.

The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. The host was great, super nice, quick responses, and gives plenty of information and useful tips about the area. The pool looked very nice , clean and big. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing.

Been staying at Beach Colony for years and this was the best experience ever! Randy was so helpful and available! The property was so clean and so well stocked. The view was unbelievable! If you are coming to Navarre Beach, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

We had an incredible stay at this penthouse condo! The views from the top floor are absolutely breathtaking, and opening the doors to hear the ocean every day was pure heaven. The condo itself was immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a perfect beach vacation.The location is unbeatable, and Randy was incredibly attentive and helpful from start to finish. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back. If you’re looking for a luxurious, stress-free beach getaway, this is it. Five stars all the way!

Absolutely stunning views! Beautiful clean and bright decor! Well stocked. Fresh flowers and a gift basket with snacks were the sweetest touch!! We will be back to this property next year.

Always a great stay!

We are repeat visitors to Navarre Beach and Beach Colony. We love the area, the small town feel and enjoying the beach. Beach chair service is always an extra bonus. The condo is well furnished with all our needs. Randy is very quick to respond and give area suggestions.

Relaxing

We have stayed several times in Florida on vacation. This was the most relaxing time we have had. The condo was just as described and beautiful. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Beautifully Breathtaking Views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Navarre Beach. The condo was conveniently equipped with so many useful items. Randy was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We saw beautiful sea life and bright turquoise water. It was much quieter than the Destin area which made the trip much more relaxing. We will be back to visit Navarre Beach for sure!

Dream vacation

We felt like royalty in the elevator going to the top floor. Everything was super clean and it was a fun surprise to see an assortment of snacks waiting for us. The view was incredible and access to the beach was nice and easy.

This host and this condo was amazing. From before we left our home until after we left communication was top notch. We been staying in condos all over the panhandle for years and this was our favorite we have ever been to. The place was clean and just as pictured. Easy access and everything we needed was supplied. We did not have to go buy extra of anything. Bed was comfy and the views from the windows could not be beat. Due to the Tropical Storm Bertha we even spent 1 whole day in the condo with out leaving. He stayed in touch through the storm also. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. My family and I absolutely loved it and Navarre Beach. We do plan to return.
