The house is located near everything we needed. Plenty of room if you have 2 or 3 kids. Grocery store and restaurants near by. Easy to get around. The kitchen was well stocked and she provided us with 8 bottles of water. My only complaint is there was no tissue box, not enough hangers in Master bedroom and no where to hang my dresses without them having to lay on the floor. The bed is really low to the ground, we are used to sleeping in a much higher bed.

Hi Maria, Thank you for providing us with your review. I apologize that you had issues with the hangers and tissue boxes. I confirmed that the cleaning crew didn't replace the tissues, as they ran out. Rest assured, it will not happen again. The hangers we provide are wooden and not removable, as the removable ones were often broken and missing. I will be adding hooks so that dresses and jackets can hang high, and luggage carriers. Thank you for your suggestions, as we take great pride in providing comfort and high end amenities to our guests. We do hope that you will stay with us again in the future.

We stayed in Altamonte for a family celebration and were looking for a nearby place that could comfortably accommodate five people with three bedrooms — this home was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and readily available to answer any questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house is even nicer in person. Looks like a remodeled home that’s professionally decorated. Impeccably clean and organized. Very large backyard. Nice safe area. If you’re looking for something in that area, it’s a gem and my first choice.

We booked this wonderful home for our first trip back to Orlando in 8 years, and enjoyed everything about the place. Every room is well appointed and beautifully decorated, the house is exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces for coffee in the morning and dinner on the patio at night. Alexis is the perfect host and clearly invested in her guests' experience. When we return to the Orlando area, we will look no further than Alexis's home for a place to stay.

We really liked this house. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, cookware etc. I would stay here again, and I feel the host is a fair, reasonable person. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We held a small backyard wedding here and it was absolute perfection. The house is beautiful, the backyard is lovely, and Alexis is incredibly easy to work with. Not to mention the house is in a great location, close to excellent food, shopping and attractions.

We arrived late after a long day of travel only to find the AC was not working. While the host did call someone out to fix it, the process took a while and the house took several hours to finally cool down.The property also suffered from a lack of basic maintenance:-The backyard was barely usable due to large mounds of left-behind grass clippings, forcing us to use a leaf blower ourselves just to clear a space.-The outdoor string lights had numerous burnt-out bulbs, which we had to replace on our own to have proper lighting.We received an unexpected invoice for pet fees the day after checking out. Our pets caused absolutely no damage, and we explicitly informed the host on our check-in day that we were traveling with two small dogs. She never mentioned any fees at that time, and these charges were nowhere to be found in the property listing. Since checking out, the host has sent several text messages demanding payment.

Hello Wendy, Thank you for leaving a review. We believe that this review has been added as a retaliation review, for involving VRBO, after you tried to sneak pets in, without paying the $200 pet fee's that are listed several times throughout our listing. When you are booking, you are asked if there will be pets in your group, and you said no to that question. The air was certainly not cooling, and within an hour of your call, it was fixed and cooling. You were at dinner when this happened, and said that it was no bother at all, because you wouldn't be at the property for hours. We had the grass cut prior to your arrival, as most guests appreciate, but you complained that we didn't pick up the grass clippings. Perhaps the 1200 sq ft paver patio wasn't enough space for you. It is quite disappointing that things were handled this way, but we trust that our guests who take great care of our home, and visit time and time again, will see past this retaliatory review. We wish you the absolute best, and do hope that you will use common courtesy the next time you choose to rent someone's home

Peaceful, pleasant stay!

Loved everything about our stay! Such a beaitiful home that had everything we needed. So nice to have a busy day out and come back to such a peaceful place to rest and recoup for the next day. Will definitely stay here again anytime we come back to Orlando!

This home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood, anything you need is a short drive. I have family that lives in Orlando and We wanted to be near to the freshwater Springs & the Wekiva state park -this was way more convenient than staying in the Orlando area.Our host was always helpful and responsive! Would happily stay in this lovely home again.

Great House and Perfect Location

We loved staying at this house! It was so convenient to downtown Orlando and Disney attractions, but tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from crowded, touristy areas. The house was clean and spacious -- perfect for a family (and a dog).
