HEATED POOL WITH LAKE VIEW

Come and relax with friends and family in this very relaxing 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Lake Havasu home. House that features 1825 square-feet of living space and sleeping accommodations for 12. With a private heated swimming pool and an abundance of other amenities, this house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect lake vacation. We do not allow animals of an kind ( severe allergies) so please don't ask if we would reconsider. Located only a short distance from the water and numerous outdoor activities, you won’t need to travel far to explore all the area has to offer! Not only is it a great summer lake house, snowbirds love the winters relaxing in the large patio with the lake view, listening to the birds and other sounds of nature and the sunsets are amazing! Amazing lake view! You won't be disappointed! Great location!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Lake Havasu house! The place was spotless, very homey, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The location couldn’t be better—so close to the lake, which made it super convenient for all of our activities. Everything was just perfect, and we truly felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu!

My family and I had a great experience, the host was very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. House was clean and offered everything my family and I needed. Would definitely stay there ahin for our next trip to Havasu.

Nice neighborhood, good out door area.

Rented for 30 days. Property and neighborhood is good and safe. I am a neat freak so not terrible but short of my expectations. Probably ok for many. The host was responsive and addressed issues I reported. I choose to just take care of other things on my own. This property is great for families with the 4 bedrooms and the pool.

Amazing lake house with a pool

Our stay was amazing. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is so spacious, clean, and homey. The backyard is perfect for games and lounging around and the pool area was wonderful because it has its own private area below the deck and offers shade from the umbrella. Kelli made our stay memorable with all of her accommodations and even brought us cookies. I would DEFINITELY recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. It’s also so close to the lake! I hope to go back soon!

Havasu Goers Perfect Stay

This home was exactly how it is pictured. Very clean, very beautiful and very fun! I have been coming to Havasu atleast once a year for the past 5+ yrs and this is definitely one of my top stays! Communication with the host when needed was easy and reliable and we definitely will be booking here again. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!

Havasu Oasis

This property was amazing. The view from the kitchen window and back patio is absolutely beautiful especially the sunset. We loved the layout of the house and it was equipped with everything you need from sleeping arrangements to entertainment to having the kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils. Pool are was a great hangout spot.

Lake Havasu vacation

This home was wonderful. It definitely filled all our needs. The owners are great people. Any problems they addressed right away. We ably had one problem and it was with the pool. They responded right away and it was ready to go. We’d definitely stay here again!!!!
