Real Escapes Properties welcomes you to Beach Club 119. This two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condominium located at the much desired Beach Club on St. Simons Island, has spectacular views overlooking the center courtyard and out toward the beach.
This residence features a fully equipped kitchen, private balcony, and a combined living and dining area. The dining room table seats 4 guests with two additional bar stools at the counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom; the guest bedroom has two twin beds and a bathroom around the corner.
The Beach Club at St. Simons Island is a well-established gated community with beautifully landscaped grounds and loads of amenities. This long time destination favorite for families and couples caters to a lifestyle of comfort, convenience and leisure. Amenities include a large swimming pool, children's pool, hot tubs, a tennis court, fitness center and business center with complimentary internet access.
While you are there, pick up some brochures featuring the bike/walking trails on the island or where to hunt for the Island Tree Spirits. Hungry? Some of the Island’s best restaurants are in walking distance.
Parking is available for two vehicles under the property. Elevators are accessible in many different locations.

**** During Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and GA/FL - only ONE parking pass is provided.
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
