Our team is available 24/7 to help with any concerns, and The Beach Club also has on-site staff available to assist guests. We also want to clarify that The Beach Club has three elevators, and during your stay, one of the three was temporarily out of service while the remaining two continued to operate. We appreciate you sharing your experience. We appreciate you sharing these additional maintenance concerns. We are sorry the master shower pressure and mattress comfort did not meet expectations, and we understand how frustrating a washer with an unusually long rinse and spin cycle can be.
