Your home away from home awaits you here on beautiful Saint Simons Island Ga. Welcome to Shipwatch, a family friendly complex right on the beach where this condo will have all of the necessities for a perfect beach vacation. There is some excellent restaurants within walking distance or you can prepare your own meals in the full kitchen. Supplied with the condo is 2 beach cruiser bikes, some beach chairs, beach towels, a few beach toys, and a cart to haul everything down there and back. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and other bedroom has 2 twins. Government per diem's accepted depending on length of stay.

This was our second time renting here and we had a wonderful time again. We loved having the bikes and only needing to bring our kids bikes with us.

Easy access. Our host Allen provided all the info we needed to access the grounds and apartment.. We loved the location with easy walking distance to the park and Maritime Museum. Excellent response when we had a seasonal air conditioning issue on a Memorial Day weekend.

My parents loved their time, and at one point when they were having too much fun to answer their phones for 36hrs, Ben was very quick to respond to my concerns and offered to check on them personally. This was their second year staying there, and they’ve had nothing but great things to say.

We had a great stay at this property. It had everything we needed for a proper beach vacation. The walk to the beach was pleasant, and we loved being able to just go back and forth as we pleased. The pool was nice, and had plenty of seating available. I didn't get a chance to use the grills, but they looked nice and were conveniently located. My dog loved this property, with plenty of great areas to sniff and do her business. The elevator was helpful, considering the unit is on the top floor. The king size bed in the main bedroom was SO comfortable. The 2 twin beds in the other bedroom were quite comfortable as well. My kids really enjoyed them. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. The deck is a decent size, and is a great place to dry wet towels and swimsuits. I also loved the location! It is only a few minutes drive from everything. The host, Ben, is quick to respond to messages and is very helpful. I will definitely be staying here again next year.

Parking was easy and and secure. Condo was well equipped. Location was great! The master bathroom needs updating. The screen door to the deck needs repair. The glass door from the master bedroom to deck needs cleaning.

Totally enjoyed our week in this pet-friendly condo. Great location for many reasons….including being at the beach & proximity to multiple wonderful restaurants. Ben was very responsive & helpful before & during our stay.

Great Family Vacay!

We had an amazingly relaxing stay! The location is wonderful. We were able to watch lots of fireworks from the beach on the 4th which was a great suprise!! The property was well maintained and the pool area was a great place to unwind!

Cute little spot

We enjoyed the condo. The owner was quick on his responses to questions and a minor issue in the unit. It was just the right size for our family of four with close proximity (but a walk through the foliage) to the beach.

Shipwatch

Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host!
