The condo was very well furnished and equipped and stocked with household, kitchen and beach items. We very much enjoyed the large patio and watching the sunrise and boat traffic.

Great property

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and very well furnished. The location is terrific and a fun area for adults and children. We took a dolphin tour (Banana Bay) with our grandchildren and saw dolphins everywhere—very fun time.

host was very competent.The kitchen had everything useful and more, but a good antiadesive skillet.The view was what we wanted.It is noisy but we did not mind.We hope to go back.

Beautiful rental!

Everything about this rental was perfect. Beautiful furnishings and decorating. Great location. Property manager responded quickly. Would definitely recommend.

That view

As soon as you open the door you are welcomed by an amazing view. The condo is beautiful,big and clean. The whole condo property is amazing too. Truly, you don’t need to leave the property because everything is right there for you. I could live there full time.

Visiting Family

The condo was exceptionally clean and the layout was wonderful. Beautiful views of the water from all rooms. Check-in was easy. The Cape Harbour property has everything you might need from pools, tennis courts, marina, restaurants, & shops. We rented a boat for a day from the Harbour marina. We will definitely be back!

Expectations exceeded!

Loved everything about this vacation spot, both on-property amenities and the local area. We had a couple of days with excursions (rented a boat at the marina right downstairs, airboats in the Everglades) that are highly recommended. Most of the other time we simply relaxed by the pool, read on the lanai, the teens went biking, or listened to live music with a few cocktails at the restaurants/bars downstairs. We didn’t feel like we “had” to drive anywhere, there would have been enough to do within walking distance.

Fantastic cape coral experience

This property was absolutely perfect with zero disappointments. Everything was exactly as described. The condo was beautiful, extremely clean, and up to date. Huge 3BR on a high floor with all the amenities. They had music in the Court yard each night, and we visited every restaurant. It was like going to a resort.. The management was great to deal with as well. Just a wonderful stay and we will come again.

Cape Harbour Retreat

Although I came down for business, I found the property to be a perfect escape from fast paced world. To begin with, the property manager, Laura, was great and very easy to work with. She met us on site at a later hour than scheduled due to a change in route. The space itself was extremely clean and welcoming. It had every amenity you could think of at your fingertrips and was very convenient. The view from either of the two balconies is fantastic and so relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend!!

Great exiting, active, noisy, busy, fun, convenient,.. Did I mention noisy..

Not my first rodeo in Cape Harbor but first time with so much construction noise, crowd excitement (Tues and Fri night live music downstairs) and I guess like everywhere so much busier than two years ago preCovid. Love the Towers, love the view... Parking a nightmare.. Maybe we'll be back in two years but maybe I'll give someone else as try..

There is a lot of activity around Cape Harbour as you mentioned, and at times, not all quiet. A lot of construction going on to finish out the development, pile driving included, but that will all stop once they've built out. The live music is a draw for the businesses downstairs - people come from around town to gather and enjoy the music, dining, drinking, and fun. If you're considering staying here again, stay in touch and we can provide construction updates. We were pleased to have you here and happy we could work out your extended stay to avoid poor weather conditions back home. You are great guests and we do hope to have you back at some time in the future!

Comfortable stay, great views

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. This property is beautiful and the beds comfortable. We saw dolphin and plenty of lizards for my child to try and catch. It was too cool to use the immediate pool, but someone let me know about the heated pool by the clubhouse which was great. The parking garage ramp was a little hard to see at night up on our arrival, but once we learned where they were, we were fine. The complex is more for adults, but there were parks nearby to take my kid. I enjoyed the coffee shop and Sofia the Pomeranian dog that we met down there every morning. Thank you!

Better than expected! Picture don’t do justice to how big and nice this condo is. Everything you could possibly need and more is available with your stay. Will definitely book here again!

Great time in Cape Coral. Wonderful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Harbour. Communication was timely, condo was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The lanai was wonderful in morning for our coffee and spent time in the pool. There were small shops along marina and the restaurants were great. Enjoyed French Press in morning for coffee and pastries. Fathoms had great food and music. We are looking forward to coming back. Wonderful time and location.

Wonderful trip!

My best friend and I celebrated our 50th birthdays and had a wonderful,relaxing time. The condo is spacious, the layout is perfect and that beautiful view! The location is fabulous we enjoyed the shops, live music, several restaurants and the community center with pool, right on the property. Would definitely come back!

Great location

Went on a family vacation, perfect location to walk for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fun entertainment at night.

Covid shortened the trip. Too bad. We had a good time.

Everything was great. Don't bother advertising the pool, it was freezing cold and nobody used it. All good, my parents were around the corner and have a pool.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Had a great experience staying here for my 50th birthday with my husband and 2 teenage sons! Loved the 3 restaurant options and cute coffee shop all conveniently downstairs. Enjoyed having 2 lanais. What a view! Property manager was great to work with! Thanks Laura 😊
