Cozy two bedroom, ground level condo close to many area attractions including the newly opened amusement park Owa, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Sports Complex, the beaches, and many other attractions. The Condo is great for families and pets and is the perfect get away to rest and relax. Kitchen comes with all appliances including washer and dryer.

Whether it’s the beaches, sports, festivals, relaxation and/or family time this cozy and spacious condo resides in a safe and quiet beach community. Inside the Condo is a coffee pot and Keurig. Pour a cup of coffee and sit in the screened in porch to wake up and start the day. Spend the day in the large pool that goes from 3ft to 5.5ft depth with waterfall feature at the end. The pool is great for hitting a beach ball, floating in the water, catching some sun, and enjoying family time. The Kiddie pool with a depth of 1.5ft sits atop of the main pool. The Condo unit is close to the gazebo where you may grill.

This unit is less than 5 minutes to Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA Amusement Park, Sports Complex, Convention Center, Lamberts Home of the Thrown Rolls, various restaurants, antique stores, and golf courses.

This unit is also less than 10 miles from beautiful beach access, The Gulf Coast Zoo, Waterville Water Park, Gulf Shores State Park, Go-Karts, Miniature Golf, Horseback Riding and Nightlife. Also a short drive to Mobile or Pensacola that hold numerous museums and activities.

Festivals, concerts and fun happen all year long in the Gulf Shores Area. Come and enjoy this condo located in a comfortable and fun beach community.

Great stay

Perfect location and comfortable condo. Centrally located to beach, OWA and family. Other than hiccup with living room TV, no complaints. Plan on staying again in the future.

Peaceful area

The condo is in a quiet safe area. Good for walking dogs. It is located close to shopping for groceries or anything you could want. The downtown area is historic and quaint. Plenty to do and see in the area but a peaceful location to return to.

Great for taking a pet

Very dog friendly, seating was limited, no tv in one bedroom. Unfortunately hand soaps were filled with more water than soap(we bought some), and back bedroom and bathroom need to be exterminated.

Family summer vacation

Location is very convenient to most attractions. It was annoying having a family of wrestlers in the condo above us. If not for that it was a great stay. Kitchen had some miscellaneous utensils, no potholders, and had blender but no blade, so if you’re going to do a good deal of cooking you may want to bring what you need. If you’re going to use the pullout couch bed I would suggest bringing an air mattress.

A week of aviation in Foley

This well-kept, first-floor condo was in a quiet, secluded development. I was in the area for a week for some advanced flight training, so I needed a place to study and relax without the beachfront prices. The location was close to everything we needed, set back from Highway 59 (McKenzie Street), the main road through Foley. Gulf Shores and Orange Beach were only a short drive away with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and access to the beach. It was also near, but not too close to the small municipal airport where I was flying out of most days and right up the road from Jack Edwards Field at Gulf Shores.

Foley pet friendly Condo

From walking in to condo, it immediately smelled so clean. As we walked around looking at everything it is a super cute two bedroom two bathroom pet friendly condo. We loved everything about it. The pool was very nice and relaxing. It was a decent size so you don't feel like you're right on top of other people..Especially since it was double red flags the whole week except for the last day to get in at the beach. The 2nd bedroom didn't have a TV in it, the other couple mentioned would have been nice to have one in there.. Overall we Loved it!!

Nice condo in the center of Foley

The condo neighborhood and neighbors are very friendly and nice. The condo is located very close to the shopping center and to Walmart, Publix and Aldi. The condo was clean and comfortable. I really liked the layout of the condo (I would love to own one) and was perfect for our needs for travel baseball. Nick was very nice and responsive. He let me know of a small mishap before I got to the area and stayed in contact with me till things were resolved and we had a nice time during our week stay. Nick’s place is dog friendly and right by the dog walking area so you don’t need to go too far. I would recommended

Nice place easy access to ballparks

Our stay was good , easy access to restaurants, ballparks , entertainment and beach ! Only complaint I had would be the upstairs neighbor sounded like she was playing kickball the whole time we were there

Great condo & super location!

Loved this condo as it was clean, very quiet and close to OWA activities, and other restaurants & stores. The drive to Gulf Shores & Orange Beach was an easy one where we enjoyed some beach time and a lot of great fresh fish meals that were prepared deliciously!!We had to communicate a couple of times with the host and he was always very prompt and helpful. We would definitely return for another stay here!

Family reunion

The property was as pictured. It met our needs. Suggest sharper kitchen knives and an additional soft seating in family room. But we made it work just a little uncomfortable. Price was a good value. Bathrooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Thank you

Great location, great price

Met our needs! We needed a place to stay with our dogs, while we finished our townhouse renovation. I appreciated the little extras - spices in the cupboards, laundry detergent, paper plates. The owner sent multiple emails prior to our arrival, just reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed, and provided his contact info in case something arose. Nothing arose. It all worked out great. Thank you!

Amazing!!

This condo was perfect and the kids loved the pool! The one issue was addressed quickly and with kindness. I would absolutely recommend. Not far from the beach and even closer to shopping!

I bought this property after visiting another property of the same complex. I fell in love with it because of the quiet relaxing environment. I also felt as if I was on vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday activities.

This is in a great location. Just located a half mile off AL HWY 59 which is the main thoroughfare. There are many attractions located nearby such as the newly opened amusement park Owa, Lambert's restaurant, Tanger Outlet Mall, and many other places. It's a prime location to all these places. Oh and did I mention the BEACH is not far as well.
