This property was great. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They communicated every detail about the property and nearby activities. They also provide all the necessities to allow you to enjoy the water which was terrific during our stay in July. This property was a perfect summer get away for our family of four and the kids stayed entertained outdoors, swimming, kayaking, and fishing.

Very nice cabin on the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but far enough out to be away from the hustle of the city. The host was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay here again if we visit Helen in the future.

A comfortable clean cabin, felt like a home away from home with all the added extras. The property itself was private and large, with access to the river at the back. The location is also great for Helen and other surrounding attractions. The owners were responsive and great hosts. They did everything they could to make sure our stay was perfect.
Back dock area on a misty morning, great spot for a morning coffee!

we were extremely pleased with this property. Everything was just perfect, so clean and comfortable. We would certainly recommend this property to family and friends. Our visit was cut short by the illness of my sister back in TN, but we thoroughly enjoyed a stay.

Great Get Away!

We really enjoyed staying at Nana's Cottage. It was clean, in a great location and our son's loved the fire pit and hot tub. We are hoping to come back when it is warmer so we can enjoy the river.

So peaceful and beautiful

It was such a beautiful place and the owner is so sweet. I would definitely stay here again. I absolutely love the look of the inside and it was very clean.

Amazing Riverside Gem!

You won't regret booking this property! It has everything you need for an amazing get away. It is clean, spacious and the location can't be beat with only a short drive to downtown Helen for the touristy stuff. The backyard with the slide into the river is icing on the cake and they provide tubes and kayaks on site! We will definitely be back! Thank you Nancy, it was a blast!

Beautiful location and even better host!

This is our third time staying at a cabin by this host. The cabin is immaculate and surrounded by trees and the Chattahoochee River. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the place for you!

Great Location

Stayed here with family son and hubby were extremely happy because they were able to fish in the backyard! It was quiet and relaxing!! Definitely recommend

Birthday / Anniversary trip

Check in was easy and communication with host was good. House and surroundings were very nice and serene, Nice fire pit and swing close to the river. The house had all the amenities we could want. We hope to return sometime in the near future.

The cottage was immaculate and well-decorated. We would like to come back in the summer because it looks like a great place to swim, too. Feels very secluded but an easy drive in. We're grateful they let us bring our dog. This might sound weird, but something I liked about the house was that the light switches made sense, and they were all convenient and easy to find. I've never been in a rental place before where that is the case. We loved using the gas fireplaces when it got below freezing. Very cozy and warm!

Phenomenal Location

Our family (3 dogs, 2 teens, husband & myself) loved this place! So cozy on the rainy days with the huge porches, perfect location for venturing out to Helen or nearby waterfall hikes, secluded enough and plenty activities if you just wanted to stay on property! Loved kayaking, the slide, s’mores at the campfire area and the full kitchen! Nancy was very helpful, the place clean and well stocked and area beautiful with lots of deer!!
