With 3 spacious, comfy bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, guests will feel right at home. The property also features 2 bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, as well as a charming living room with a sofa bed for additional space. Enjoy the amazing, peaceful surroundings during your stay. Fall in love with Demorest and enjoy the magic, the north GA mountains has to offer. Grab a book, fishing pole, set of darts, etc, and relax the day away in the egg swing chairs, or rockers. Or visit nearby world famous Helen, GA, or some of the beautiful waterfalls in the area. Restaurants, shops, big box stores all within a short few minutes drive away. The home is gorgeous, has everything you need (even warm throws), close proximity to everything, and a fabulous game-room! Great responsive hostess as well!

The house was comfortable and full of everything you need to enjoy the indoors and outdoors. All the games in the basement were incredible to be able to enjoy on the rainy days. The house is in new condition snd in a safe quiet area. What more could you ask for?

This is one of the nicest homes I have ever stayed in! The game room has everything you could want. The only drawback is that there is no clear path to the river. Since it is a new home, hopefully that is to come. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unique, modern and cozy home! We are very thankful for the host and their responsiveness. The place was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. The nature and view around is amazing. Will definitely return!

What a fabulous home! The house was immaculate. The bedrooms were all super comfortable and they had everything we needed. The host was wonderful and quick to answer all my questions. We saw several deer really enjoyed the back deck!

This home is a beautiful, immaculate family and pet friendly property. Sip your coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful tree lined views from a rocking chair or hanging swing on one of the outdoor decks (one on each level). We took also took the short walk down to the river. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and new, modern bathrooms. Master en-suite bath has a separate deep soaking tub which was great after coming back from a nearby hike to see waterfalls. Downstairs game room was such a plus during the cold evenings: we enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, darts and board games. A quick drive to many GA wineries, beautiful hiking and a cute downtown, there is lots to keep you busy.

This property was exceptional. All the comforts of home away from home. We checked in on a Tuesday and stayed til Saturday. We had our grandchildren ages 19, 18 and 17 with the boys girlfriends ages 18 and 16. We were very much entertained with the game room downstairs there was never a dull moment. The place was immaculate. We had such a great time and made lots of memories. The grands even stated that they would be willing to vacay here again next year. Thank you for a great vacation location.
