We enjoyed our stay! 4 out of 5 stars - the pillows were very uncomfortable and there were not enough of them, as well as no extra sheets or blankets in the whole condo. thankfully I brought my own or using the pull out couch wouldn't have been an option. kitchen had everything we needed! although an upgrade to a K cup style coffee maker would be nice so you don't have to buy a whole can of grounds plus filters, etc. loved the big TV in the living room. great location, walking distance to a lot!

Condo very nice, large rooms and clean. Great location, near Pier Park and shopping/eating. Walmart, plus several other stores are just down the street. Bed/pillows were just okay, condo is well stocked in kitchen, patio furniture on deck, closet had floats and a portable fold up beach chair, has small washer/dryer. I suggest you pay and print your parking garage pass prior to your arrival. Once parked in garage we had to use sky walk to go into condo/building to get cart for luggage, they are hard to find and the building needs several more of them to accommodate all the guests. The office staff was GREAT, I never visited the office but each time I called or texted them, they always got back to me quickly the same day and answered every question I had, very helpful. Easy check in/ check out via texting and codes received.

My stay in condo 1510

The refrigerator leaked where the ice dispenser was.

We love the Aqua

First time in 1510 we really enjoyed the lounge chairs on the balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the updates in the condo, love the freshly painted and decorated unit. The candles in the master bath were a nice touch.

My 63 year old friend had to roll to her knees to get out of bed. The deck furniture was old and dirty. Completely unusable deck. The master room bed felt like plywood. The resort was clean and no complaints.

Not the greatest

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first week the unit I checked in to had hair on the walls and drain of the master shower and sand all over the floor I cleaned it not that big of a deal. I extended my stay and was assigned a different room. This room was clean but the ac went out the second night. The gentleman they sent to fix it was unable to do so and told me he couldn’t do anything and it was a good thing it was overcast that day so it won’t get too hot!!! I left soon after that and didn’t stay for the all the nights I paid for.

The absolute WORST property management we have ever experienced!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at this vacation rental for our son's baseball.We've had problems since before we even arrived.We always choose our Vacation around comfort and relaxation.We received none of the sort.A few days after they received our final deposit(30 days prior)I received an email stating that the pool & hot tub would be out of service because of renovation.They offered a 10% Discount.I was very Disappointed and so were the kids.After many times of trying to contact the property,leaving messages and emails. They finally answered.When I was voicing my concerns,they told me that the west end pool was still open(unheated) and can give us a token to go down the street to use the pool at the aquatic center.Which defeats the purpose of convenience.I then asked if we can just cancel, she said "sorry, no cancelations".I explained that this is our only vacation and we base them around relaxation, &pool.She said sorry ma'am, with no compassion or empathy.Then she said that they can give an extra 10% off and a token and nothing more. Then she proceeded to tell me that she was hanging up on me as I was talking. So I decided to let it go. Upon arrival, we learned that all the pools were closed & our unit was supposed to have bunk beds,that they reassured me when I asked prior to booking.I tried to call the front desk but they just had a non working prop phone. I used my cell phone, and called to voice my concerns. Diane, was very rude and hung up on me. Then I called back to try to understand why she was so rude with not one once of compassion.I asked her if she had children,she said," no, but she's sorry." Then hung up yet AGAIN!!! Then 2 people showed up at my door. One was the maintenance man and a woman with a clip board.They said under Florida law you don't need an emergency landline,we just have it because "the Canadians" like it. Not to sure what that meant, but ok.The morning of checkout they were at our door at 9:25am to basically kick us out.

2/10 Terrible

Customer service was poor.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I arrived to checkin at 5:10, which my check in time was 5 pm Apr.8; and no one was there to check us in. I called the number on the website to get in touch with someone so that i can get the code for my unit and because it was after hrs no one answered. The website said office hrs ended at 6 but the whole time i was there the employees left early. After me and my kids waited and kept rrying to contact someone to help, i was finally able to reach someone after 2 hrs of waiting in the rain. Then I asked to extend my check out time because of my inconvenience and was told I could because a plumber was coming to fix a leak in the bathroom. There was no leak that I experienced while there in the unit. Secondly, why would a unit be rented out if there was a leak?

There were a few things that were disappointing. The furniture was outdated and some falling apart. The A/C would not go below 75 no matter what the setting was on. But other then those things we loved it.

Out of this World!!!

The first vacation I've ever been on where I wasn't ready to come home. Staff was very friendly, and the only issue we had was the parking garage. However it was 4th of July and Aqua's staff was working hard to free up some parking for the guest. Great Experience!!
