The unit was just as advertised and well appointed. Very close to the beach and pool. Covered parking is great for the summer. This unit is located on the very far west end of Panama City Beach, toward 30A, which is a much quieter area.

Amazing

This condo was emaculient!! Very clean and well stocked. The location is on the quiet side of the beach. Beautiful place. The king bed was one of the best we have slept on. Definitely will be coming back. The host responded very quickly to my questions. Highly recommend you won’t regret it!!!

Amazing Location!

I would 100% come back here again. The location was perfect for us. Close enough to restaurants and fun stuff but far enough away to feel safe and secluded. We came during spring break so there were lotsss of college age rowdy kids but this location was away from that and we felt completely safe and secluded. So relaxing! I would say the only con to this property would be the lack of a hot tub but the pool was very pleasant. One other con would be the beach service- but thats not the property owners fault. The beach service they use just isnt very good. Low quality chairs and the communication with the service was lacking for sure, but again, not the property owners fault. I would just bring my own chairs next time. We did have a little hiccup with the AC but it was taken care of promptly and we were generously compensated and the management team was so understanding, kind and reasonable. Communication with management was 10/10! Very quick to respond. Cant wait to come back to this place!

very nice condo with a great view. our host, David, was very nice and tried to do a good job. However we would Not rent thru 30a Seascapes again. 5 weeks before our trip another owner at Ramsgate told us there would be roof construction starting Sept 14and lasting 6-8 weeks. We were staying 3 weeks so we contacted 30a Seascapes and asked for a refund so we could book elsewhere. They said they would check on it. They got back with us and "assured" us there would be "no construction or noise" affecting our stay. The construction started Sept 14 as we were told and continued ourentire stay. We contacted 30 a twice about it, they said they were sorry and would get back with us which they never did. We would have never stayed there with the construction going on. We feel like they took advantage of our trust and would not book thru them again.
