Welcome to Unit 1005 on the 10th floor at Aqua. We reserved 2 padded Beach Chairs/Umbrella for your enjoyment while staying in our condo! (Available March thru October.) Free Wifi internet service.

Enjoy true luxury living in this tastefully decorated 2-bedroom condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf from your private, elliptical terrace. Exquisite interior spaces include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, refrigerator with icemaker, and microwave. Newly laid tile floors make the living space beautiful. There are 3 flat screen TV's along with a Blu-Ray player. We also have an in-unit laundry with washer and dryer. Full-length windows and beautiful living spaces connect you to the magic of the Gulf. An elegant master suite features a separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and generous storage. New king size mattress in the master bedroom. This home at Aqua is totally furnished for family use & fulfillment of your beachfront dreams.

As you enter the lobby of Aqua you will see beautiful cascading waterfalls leading to two fabulous outdoor pools. The oceanfront pools are surrounded by palm trees and tropical lush landscaping, one is an indoor outdoor pool that is heated in the winter.

Enjoy a refreshing drink at the pool side cafe. There is also a fantastic workout room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, steam room and whirlpool spa. The dual grills on the patio are perfect for poolside grilling!

Walk out the front door and you're only 0.4 miles away from Pier Park - a new multi-million-dollar shopping complex that includes a large movie theater and many great shops and restaurants. Walk out the back door and you're steps away from the breath-taking Gulf of Mexico with peaceful sounds of the waves - opportunities for making life-long memories.

NO PETS & NO SMOKING: So that everyone can enjoy their stay, pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

MINIMUM RENTAL AGE: There is a minimum age of 25 required to rent at Aqua.

$50 per car registration and parking pass fee to Aqua. 2 car limit per condo.

All you need

This property had all the amenities you need to have a pleasant vacation. Everything from a variety of kitchenware to beach supplies to hand soaps at every sink. I also appreciated the lounge chair on the balcony to soak up some sun without having to go to the beach or pool. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Trip

It is one of the cleanest properties I have stayed in. It is decorated very nicely in a beach theme. We really loved the perk of beach chairs included in the price. The location was great!!

Recharge at the beach

My hubby and I met our son here for the long weekend since he’s in college in AL. The condo is perfect. The view of the gulf is awesome and the property with 2 pools, a pool bar and beach access is fantastic. This condo is clean, well stocked and a very comfortable home away from home. Owner communication was great and check in/out was easy. We would absolutely stay here again. The location to the pier was super nice. We didn’t have to drive anywhere for our entire stay!

Great birthday getaway

Beautiful retreat..

From the moment that you open the front door you are greeted with a stunning view of ocean that will take your breath away. Condo itself will give you feeling of warm home away from home. Very spacious and comfortable with beautiful decor. It was equipped with all essentials that families would need on vacation. Amenities On the property were Excellent. With restaurant and little bar next to two swimming pools. Condo and beach staff were professional and helpful. Walking distance from Pier park where there is plenty restaurants and shops to enjoy. It was a wonderful experience that hopefully we can recreate in years to come.

Wonderful Vacation

Such a wonderful vacation and the communication from Jennifer was awesome. There were many restaurants within walking distance. Grocery shopping was super close. We were on the 10th floor and elevators were fast and no long waits. Thank you again,for sharing your condo

11th hour Diamond Find!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay in PC and considered other places but didn't book for one reason or another. We are so glad we waited, I happened to find Jennifer's place and just about immediately booked it. This place is absolutely amazing! Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed. The room has Everything that you could need for a trip to the beach. The rooms are super clean, the decor is spot on, location is perfect and the host Jennifer was amazing to work with! We had such a great time. We will defiantly be coming back if she will have us! Thank you Jennifer, you have an amazing property!

Excellent Place

The condo is awesome. It’s clean and large and well furnished. The view is unbeatable - being up on the 10th floor, if you’re sitting on the couch, all you see is ocean! From the balcony you’ve got a great view down to the beach and beyond. The amenities of the building, Aqua, are terrific. Indoor pool, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, easy beach access. Location is terrific, right where you want to be for PCB. Parking garage is really nice and a cheap solution for parking during the stay. Kids loved the stay, as did my wife and I. Owners are super helpful and easy to communicate with. It’s great, highly recommend.

No worries

Condo was modern and very clean, layout was great for family, king bedroom with master bath and shower was a plus, queen bed and extra bath was perfect for teen, bunk beds were comfy also and out of the way. Kitchen and living room layout was good too. Enjoyed being with family while preparing food. Private patio was most enjoyable to view the dolphins. Will definitely keep in mind for a return visit.

Property was beautiful! Condo was very nice as well with everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable. Loved everything about it and the included beach chairs were nice!! There is a closet with lots of beach toys as well. Will definitely put this on our trip favorites. Very close to dining and pier park.

Excellent beachfront condo

This was our first trip to PCB so we didn’t know what to expect. I can honestly say that the condo exceeded our expectations. As several other reviewers have stated, the condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. The balcony was also very comfortable and had a great view of the beach and the sunset. I also appreciated the responsiveness of the owners. They made the entire process, from booking to checkout, as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again for a future vacation.

Clean and well decorated

This property was in a wonderful location. We had multiple families staying at this complex and everyone had a good experience with the quality of the condos. Our condo was very clean and was decorated very nicely. The included chair rentals were a nice touch too. The owners were very responsive and on top of getting us the information that we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to any family looking for some beach fun!

Fabulous condo

This condo has ALL the things going for it! It is in the perfect location- close to Pier Park shops & restaurants, across the street from two fantastic restaurants and two variety shops. The condo itself is beautiful, well-kept, and VERY clean. It had everything you could want in the kitchen- even a griddle for making lots of pancakes. The host was generous in supplies to get you started- which we appreciated since we forgot dishwasher liquid. I will definitely rent from them again when in the area!
