It has amazing views of Bear Lake, the Utah State Marina and only a minute to everything in Garden City. Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beach access. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.

Amazing views of the lake and marina. 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Property is professionally managed locally.

Great weekend at Bear Lake

This is a spacious and comfortable condo. It has great TVs, cable, and WiFi. Cozy towels. Access to good tennis courts and bike path. It was too cold to get into the pool, but it looked great. Beds are in the soft side. Very friendly and attentive property management. It will not affect your stay much, but Bathrooms and kitchen countertops need maintenance ( loose wood frame, crumbling grout). The dishwasher racks are falling apart. If part of your decision is the master bathroom jet tub, this is not the place. Jets need to have deep cleaning. I turned on and spilled tons of Debris.

Great place but

This was a great place, nice view and location. The only problem we had was the A/C. It worked but the basement was really cold, the main level comfortable and the top level was hot. We could not cool off the bunk bed room. All of the vents in the lower levels were closed hoping to send the air flow upstairs but no luck. The main office offered us a fan but the we didn't take them up on that offer since we were only there two nights.

I believe my comments above answer most of it. I appreciate the outside walking area. The Tv’s were great, and water pressure was good. No real problems with any of that. It’s just hard to feel completely comfortable, when all those other things were not clean. We were not positive our face was on a disinfected sofa, or clean throw blankets. We wished we had brought our own Lysol or Soluguard. I had to call in for a couple of questions, and spoke with a very pleasant young lady. She couldn’t answer everything, but it’s not her fault that she doesn’t know what’s available for us. She was VERY sweet.

Great location and amenities

Our family had a great time at BearLake. This location was great because there were a few rainy days at the beach which made for an early beach day but the kids were still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We have stayed in this location before but a different condo where we had access to the garage which was super helpful. Our only minor complaints were, the hot water heater not being able to keep up with our big group of 16 and the beds were not the greatest. The shower was not a huge issue, we just had to wait between showers longer than anticipated. Other than those 2 things, we LOVED our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the grill was clean and had plenty of propane, the condo was very clean on arrival and fully stocked with plenty of dishes, towels, linens and paper goods. The AC worked great and the view from the condo is amazingly beautiful!

Comfortable Condo for Lake Vacay!

We had a great family trip to Bear Lake over the 24th of July. The condo has ample space for a family gathering. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the big open kitchen, dining and living room for family gatherings. Overall the property is in good condition. I believe the biggest issue was cleaning of the property. The coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned out since the last party, and the tubs could use some extra scrubbing (the jets in the master tub may have never been cleaned). Overall the property was generally clean but lacking some of the detail cleaning. Chairs on the upper and basement decks would have been nice to have for easier use. The pool area was nice and big. Overall great stay. Thank you!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in this lovely townhome! It was the perfect location close to the marina and the restaurants and shops. It had great views of the lake and there was plenty of room for the 11 of us staying there! Would recommend this location to anyone and would stay here again!

Comfortable stay in great central location

I rented this condo with mine and my best friends families. There was plenty of space for all of us, and the view out over the marina was great to wake up to each day. There are adequate bedding, towels, and kitchen supplies. There are nice amenities at the clubhouse, and its location puts you pretty evenly distanced to all Bear Lake beaches on Utah and Idaho sides. If you dont need beaches, and just want to take your toys on the water, you are right next to the marina. The property manager was easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Check-in and check- out was a breeze. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again!

Nice place and location

Our group had a really nice time staying here. Very open and bright main floor—large windows and a great view of the lake! The kitchen supplies were scant—quite a few random Tupperware and pots without matching lids and a couple messy/dirty cabinets (like above the fridge). A blender and hot pads would be nice. The wifi was really weak and slow. However, rooms were spacious with lots of storage, and the home was clean and comfortable with sufficient bedding and towels. Nice balcony with table and chairs. There are a couple big fans for upstairs since the temperature differential between upstairs and basement can be stark. We had a great time!
