You cannot beat this location; within walking distance to ski lifts and Main Street! This newly renovated, top floor 2 bed/2 bath unit has high vaulted ceilings and scenic ski area views, with everything you are looking for! Underground parking, elevator access, separate ski storage and more! Common areas have been recently updated and this home also includes brand new queen sized adult bunk beds perfect for families or groups to enjoy!
The Space:
Take advantage of this spacious Summit condo with 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms making your stay very accommodating to you and your guests. Perfect for a family or group up to 8 people. The 2 adult luxury bunk beds are queen sized. Snuggle up by the fireplace, take in the scenic mountain views or whip up meals before and after a day on the slopes in your fully equipped kitchen!
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Enjoy access to the clubhouse, elevator, as well you will have access to the Columbine pool!
Pool and hot tub are open:
Memorial Day - Labor Day (weather permitting)
Opening day of the ski season - the last day of the ski season
The hours of operation for the pool and hot tub are 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
The Neighborhood:
Just a 2 minute walk to Quicksilver chair at the base of Peak 9 and all that Main Street has to offer in this quaint Colorado town. You can't get any better than this spot for your getaway plans!
Getting Around:
Walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants and shops in town. Also located on bus line. Uber is available as well.
Other Things to Note:
**Unfortunately, this condo is used part-time as a full-time residence and the owners have severe pet allergies, so no furry friends allowed. Sorry!!
Please note this home uses the Columbine pool, which does close for maintenance in the Fall. Be sure to check their hours online!
Please note that the garage height is 6'6".
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
